Frogman Casts Wonder Woman Movie

Frogman Casts Wonder Woman Movie

I'm not going to explain each choice because mostly its because I think they have the ability to pull off the roles and a lot of them also look the part in my eyes.

First off I have cast Odette Yustman as Wonder Woman, people may say she is too young but she is older than Megan Fox who many have suggested for the role. I originally wanted Kate Beckinsale but I decided to go with Yustman and plus if she portrays other emotions as well as she shows fear then she is an amazing actress.

Next because of my younger looking choice for Wonder Woman I chose Cam Gigandet as Steve Trevor, he has also shown convincing onscreen chemistry with Yustman in "The Unborn".

Obviously Lynda Carter as Queen Hippolyta.

Now onto villains.
Michael Stahl-David as Angle Man.

Vin Diesel as Ares, he can play powerful characters.

Rachel Weisz as Baroness Paula Von Gunther.

Michelle Monaghan as Blue Snowman.

Christina Ricci as Cheetah (Priscilla Rich).

Evangeline Lilly as Cheetah (Deborah Domaine).

Katheryn Winnick as Cheetah (Barbara Minerva).

Antonio Banderas as Cheetah (Sebastian Ballesteros).

Megan Fox as Circe. In my mind Circe is similar to Wonder Woman and I would like to see Fox play a villain.

Meagan Good as Cyborgirl, I know its been said before but she is perfect for the role.

Thora Birch as Doctor Poison.

Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Psycho. THEHAWK suggested this and I couldn't agree more, he would be amazing.

Cameron Diaz as Eviless.

Emily Blunt as Giganta.

Natalie Mendoza as Hypnota.

Dania Ramirez as Jinx.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Mouse Man. (I don't really expect him to appear)

Nicole Kidman as Queen Clea.

Amber Heard as Silver Swan (Helena Alexandros).

Cate Blanchett as Zara, Preistess of the Crimson Flame.

Well that's it, they are my ideas. I would go and see this movie.

Oh and if they wanted to do a story where Flash and Wonder Woman team up then:

Winnick and Yustman as Cheetah and Wonder Woman (as already casted) and Matthew Fox and Josh Hartnett as The Flash and Zoom. Zoom is sometimes a WW enemy anyway and a cameo from the Flash would complete this and set up a JLA movie!

First of all thanks for the recognition, that is appreciated ;) I disagree with your casting Megan Fox for Circe, that is one role that definately needs a talented actress, which Fox isn't.

I'm also glad to see that someone else agrees with my Cyborgirl and Doctor Psycho picks.

I would rather see Daniel Craig as Ares, I like Vin Diesel, but his style is too different, it's a personal thing.

I am going to give this a thumbs up, simply because you actually found a picture of Zara, which I know from experience in nigh impossible.

Oh and its nce to see some Mouse Man love lol

Well done

Here is a link to my Wonder Woman casting of her supporting cast and enemies, if anyone wants to look at it.

FROGMAN @ I would see that movie too bud!!!

Very nice! I like....

Only got a prob with the main WW pick, well i think everyone knows im on the O'KEEFE boat lol, but your WW is pretty cool, though ive never heard of her, but that's a good thing! UNKNOWNS tend to steal the part when they get it!

Oh if they went A-LIST id pick BIEL!

Damn, nice work man, been waiting for this!

Nice touch having LYNDA CARTER in there, yeah i thought she'd be perfect for that but too! WB better make that happen lol!

Im not that up on all of the characters, like all the CHEETAS heh heh! ; )

EMILY BLUNT one is GOLD!!!

Damn good stuff FROGMAN @ You never dissapoint!

Hey you checked out JOSHES MARVEL Universe, have a look, its as i type this in Main at the mo.

I gotta say again though dude, mighty fine picks!!!

Also STEVE is a gem too! An CIRCLE made me laugh, shes a real bitch, perfect for FOX lol! Normally i get sick of her being cast but shes perfect for this role dude!

CYBORG GIRL? Daughter of CYBORG???

AN i do like ya WW too! ; )

Deff a thumbs up!!!

P.S. DANIEL CRAIG for ARES WTF??? Why does everyone luv this guy from Aquaman to Z-man lol! The guy makes a good 007 but that's about it, was good in LAYER CAKE though! ; )

VIN'S a much better choice (Gravel voice will sooo work!)

THEHAWK - 8/4/2009, 10:55 AM
@LEEE. He looks and acts just like Ares.
Frogman
Frogman - 8/4/2009, 11:27 AM
@HAWK: I see where you're coming from and Craig could play him just I see him more as the human form I was thinking more like the helmeted God version ;) And yeah gotta love Mouse Man :P And I loved your casting for it btw which is why i made sure you were acknowledged for the Downey Jr pick.

@LEEE: Thanks man and yeah O'Keefe would be good but I like to present alternatives ;P and yeah i checked Josh's Marvel hes put an amazing cast list together there. For A-list I'd probably go for Biel but Beckinsale would be a definate contender in my eyes.

FROGMAN @ No worries man!!!

There was a big problem wiv JOSHES list, had tACKLES as CAP in it and OMG what a crap ANT-MAN (I hate that actor), But he had some gems there like that JARRED guy (from supernatural too lol) but he looked sweet as NOVA! Quite a few good ones ol' JOSH thought up! I liked the WHITE QUEEN even though i like TRACI LORDS too and ELISHA CULTBURT, sucker for blondes lol! ; D

I too could see BECKINSALE for WW! But never JENNIFER LOVE-HEWITT lol! : D
Frogman
Frogman - 8/4/2009, 11:46 AM
LEEE@: Yeah I picked up on Cap too! and gotta love the blondes :D And nah Love-Hewitt would not be a good choice. Malin Ackerman said she would love to play WW but I don't think she would be good in the role either.

Also I didn't mention this but in the comics Flash and Wonder Woman teamed up to fight Zoom and Cheetah, I'll probably add this to the article - Matthew Fox as Flash and Josh Hartnett as Zoom, I'll also add the pic of the cover to justify why i'm casting Flash and Zoom in a Wonder Woman article ;p and I don't feel the need to cast a Flash movie cause LEEE's picks are perfect!

LEEE777 - 8/4/2009, 12:34 PM
FROGMAN @ Im blushing here lol! ; D

Yeah i know what you mean about ACKERMAN, shes been a DC Hero anyway, (Even though its a different DC Universe), i dunno about you but i don't like it if ya get the same actor doing the same Universe, like two DC's or two MARVEL'S, i can deal if they do a MARVEL and then a DC though for some reason lol, yeah i talk alot of useless stuff sometimes lol!

Cool about adding FLASH and ZOOM to ya article! Hey feel free to use any pics of mine if ya wanna! ; )

Talking pics, i found ya KATE =

Oh an BIEL =

Oh i could live with MORENA BACCARIN taking up the mantle too though =

But we cant forget O'KEEFE =

; )

Not a blonde in sight lol! (Pssst,,, that's in HULK2099 article lol) ; D

Frogman - 8/4/2009, 12:57 PM
@LEEE: I know what you mean about the universe thing but then Sam Elliott did it in Hulk and Ghost Rider and Reynolds has done it but I don't mind those even though I would prefer different cast for different characters. Gotta say outta those pics O'Keefe definately looks the best (interpret that however you want ;P) Check out the Flash and Zoom add its a bit different to what I normally do :P

I still say Sam Elliot for Dum Dum Dugan, that is who I picked in my Nick Fury story.

wow!Frogman... you put alot of effort and work into this. Its not easy.Cool.. I like your pick for Antonio Banderas and for Lynda Carter as Hippolyta naturally =)

But like The Hawk I like Daniel Craig for Ares. I Hate him as 007! He is not the smooth, suave, sophisticated debonair, crafty, slick 007 I am used to. He is rough, tuff, rugged, unpolished, raw, down right dirty, stone cold but not 007. Vin Diesiel for Ares would not take it to the level that Ares needs to be, imho. Vin is less practiced I think in how Ares needs to be portrayed. He is good at playing loud roles and tough roles. He hasnt shown much versatility or depth really, I think. I have not seen Vin yet in a powerful role to credit him with. I do like him, just not as Ares. & I like Dane Cook for Flash. He is perfect for him imho. =)

Real - Where you been?! In Craig's defense, he's the Bond BEFORE Bond - he's SUPPOSED to be a little rough around the edges. He's developing into the Bond we all know and love as the films progress... that's the point.

I agree with your Diesiel comment - he's a thug, nothing more. He playes the same 'character' over and over again. While he has the size, he lacks the sophistication needed to portray Ares accurately.

Hey LOgan! =) Trying to help build a deck out in the back w/hubby and got hurt... been on meds...

Oh... the bond before the bond? But I thought M replaced that other guy who passed? I forget his name, Q was it?If its bond before the bond I know... then I get it. The Pre-bond? All confusing..

Yeah I didnt want to say it but Vin is good at playing the same o same o. ghetto and the mafia and even the reluctant hero... but a villian of Ares caliber? no.

LEEE777 - 8/4/2009, 10:16 PM
FROGMAN @ Very cool, i like!!! ; )

KEEP @ Don't listen, it ain't pre BOND judi dench wouldn't be there, oh and its set in present day! WB again! Get better soon! ; )

Logan @ Lol, hey i could be wrong heh heh.

loganoneil - 8/6/2009, 3:44 PM
LEEE - hate to say it but you are wrong (sort of) - Craig's Bond is Bond BEFORE he became Bond. These movies are set BEFORE 'Dr. No'. As the movies progress, we get to see Craig EVOLVE into the cool, sophisticated Bond we all know and love, but for now he's a bit 'rough around the edges'. Now you are right, there ARE discontinuities (the biggest one is Dame Judi Dench as 'M'). Dench's 'M' is a successor/replacement to the original 'M' played by Bernard Lee. Apparently the producers wanted a tie-in to the original series (that and the fact that Dame Judi is a KICK-@SS actor!).

Real - I think you're getting your Bond characters confused. 'M' (originally played by Bernard Lee and now played by Dame Judi Dench) is the head of British Secret Service. 'Q' (originally played by Desmond Llewelyn and later replaced by Monty Python's John Cleese) is the quartermaster/armourer/special weapons developer for said Secret Service (the guy who makes all the cool stuff that Bond plays with... and eventually breaks). The 'Q' character has not been introduced yet in the 're-imaged' series with Craig... but just give it time.

Logan @ Lol, okay, im not that big on 007 to know about it. Cool!

Yeah they messed up with DENCH then, most ppl think its another sequel!

Im thinking about getting the complete movies box set, bit pricey though, hmmm.

Buy them indivdually, just skip the later Moore ('Moonraker' and beyond) and Brosnan ('Die ANother Day') ones. They were just plain DUMB! If you're a real fan, don't forget to pick up 'Never Say Never Again' - TECHNICALLY it's not an autohrized/licensed Bond film, but it does have Sir Sean Connery playing an older James Bond doing it one more time for Queen and Country before he retires. It's cheesy by today's standards, but it's classic Connery Bond!
