Iron Man: Out of the Shadows
Tony Stark makes a visit to a meeting for veterans that is hosted by Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson, Rhodey is also at the meeting. At the meeting, Stark meets John Morley, who introduces himself to Rhodey as an engineer, a veteran, and an old companion of Rhodey’s. When Morley introduces himself, Rhodey is talking with Sam Wilson and is distracted, Sam steps into the conversation and talks about coming home from war and offers comfort to Morley, then Morley states that he has been having trouble sleeping and that he appreciates what Rhodey and Wilson are doing. Rhodey glances seriously over at Stark (thinking how Tony was suffering similar issues) and then glances back and Morley, is gone. Rhodey makes a confused face and then is called over by Tony.
The camera then snaps to Tony Stark, who takes the microphone, makes some jokes to the veterans about why everyone is at the meeting and passes the mic to Steve Rogers. Rogers says a short inspirational speech and then calls up Wilson, Rhodey, and Stark who all take a bow while the audience at the meeting claps.
Rogers, Wilson, Rhodey, and Stark meet quickly after the meeting and Rogers and Wilson state that their going on a mission (somewhere?), they say their goodbyes, Stark makes some jokes, and Stark and Rhodey drive away.
In the next scene, Tony is at home, working on his suits and suits for other Avengers, (example) an updated Black Widow suit…. Pepper is upstairs and as she turns to get up, the screensaver of the hot rod from Iron Man 1 (The screensaver Pepper put on while trying to distract Stane) comes on her computer. She looks at the screen confused and then she hears Tony over the intercom make a joke and ask her what’s for dinner or something…. Pepper smiles and stares away from the screensaver to meet Tony.
(Small incidents like this happen throughout the movie, and they hint at Stane’s presence and the 10 rings.)
The movie goes on…. Having a subplot in which Tony battle's a Villain (not sure who), the Villain keeps him busy but Iron Man defeats him rather easily and locks the Villain up.
BTW, I wrote this quickly, in like 10 - 15 minutes….
Towards the end of the movie….
As Tony is sitting in his office/workshop, A picture of of Stane falls in front of him. Tony looks astonished and confused, he hears a voice that says,
Ghost: “Tony I have been here, I have been here the whole time watching you, observing you, you call this a life. My father wanted to take what you had done and give it to the world. My father lived in the real world, you live a privileged life in a workshop, you don’t understand the real world.”
(Ghost becomes visible and reveals himself and we see him in his suit, his head piece opens and we see his face)
Tony: (Tony is amazed and confused at seeing Ghost but he is starting to put the pieces together)
“You didn’t know your father, you didn’t know what he was prepared to do, what he was capable of doing”
Ghost: I didn’t know my father because you killed him. There is someone that I would like to introduce you too, someone that even you don’t know about. Someone that my father thought very fondly of....
(The Mandarin Appears in front of Tony)
Haha, I put the Mandarin in there for fun.
Haha, so, the villain is Ghost and could have the same powers as Ghost but is actually Stanes son. Maybe he can be called Zeke later on. I also feel that this would play in well to what the MCU has been doing by combing villains in the Iron Man movies. He would also be very manipulative, since he’s capable of being invisible, Ghost could also frame Tony (for something serious pushing him into a depression), mess with Pepper, ect…. I think it would be a fun movie….
I think Ghost’s powers could play off really well on screen, and I think it would be cool to have a character that can toy with Tony because his powers allow him to be invisible.
Obviously, I wrote this really quickly and I’m not a writer at all, but I think an idea like this could work, or could have worked
or maybe it's a bad idea, and the invisibility thing would be played out too quick
