I read Grant Morrison's JLA Earth 2 and saw Justice League Crisis on Two Earths, I liked both since they were loosly the same. If Justice League got a film and Crisis on Two Earths was a sequel later after 2-3 sequels after the 1st film, who should play the Justice League and the Crime Syndicate.
I will NOT write a story since both Grant Morrison and Dwayne McDuffie wrote good ones.
So the films plot will basically be the same as the Crisis on Two Earths.

Here are the cast to the film
I cast the Justice League member with their Crime Syndicate counterpart together. A couple I had to seperate as the image was too large.
Henry Cavill and Brandon Routh as Superman and Ultraman
Reason for Cavill- He IS Superman now, plus he is 2 years younger then Routh so it is not a bad age gap. Besides Cavill said in a interview, I think almost a year back, if a JL Film is made he would like to return to play Superman as long Snyder or Nolan is involved. Also who doesn't want to see Cavill and Routh duke it out in Earth 2 Metropolis seeing who is a better Superman (you get what I mean).
Reason for Routh- He WAS Superman, he could have been a BETTER Superman if he was given a FN better script, plus WHY did they choose Bryan Singer to direct the film. If Routh WAS given a second chance in the DC Universe why not let him play Ultraman, if you don't believe me he can play a villain watch Scott Pilgrim and CHUCK.
Sam Witwer and Misha Collin as Batman and Owlman.
Reason for Witwer- He is a good pick for the role, he was a good Starkiller on the Force Unleashed games((NO pun intended), Aidan on Being Human, Darth Maul off the Season 5 Finale of The Clone Wars.
Reason for Collins- I never thought of this casting, after seeing him as Castiel on SUPERNATURAL, I knew he is a good choice for Owlman. If you do not believe me watch him on SUPERNATURAL in Season 6 and 7. He even has the voice to pull off Owlman.
Jaimie Alexander or Cobie Smulders as Wonder Woman.
Reason for Jaimie Alexander- She was good as Sif on THOR, which is however the only movie I saw her on. Many believe she should play Wonder Woman in a future Wonder Woman film or Justice League film. I can easily see her as Wonder Woman without a doubt.
Reason for Cobie Smulders- For starters she was cast in Joss Whedon's script of Wonder Woman. She was also rumored for Wonder Woman on George Millar's "Justice League Mortal". She was great on The AVENGERS, How I Met Your Mother.
All I can say is BOTH are PERFECT for the role of Wonder Woman, both are beautiful to play the character and the same age well Cobie is 7 months older then Jaimie Alexander.
Gina Carano as Superwoman
Reason- She looks perfect for the role, plus she looks more intimidating as Superwoman then Wonder Woman to be honest. Besides who doesn't want to see Gina Carano fight Cobie Smulders in a catfight (well Amazon fight).
Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki as Green Lantern Hal Jordan and Power Ring.
Reason for Ackles- I wanted to keep Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan but Ackles is 3 years younger then Reynolds plus he can easily pull off Hal Jordan. Fun fact Ackles auditioned for Cpt.America, Anakin Skywalker, Hal Jordan actually and for Clark Kent for SMALLVILLE. I can easily see Ackles as Jordan and thanks to cardiakid for the pick for Ackles as GL.
Reason for Padalecki- Like Ackles, good actor, I chose Jared as Revan in my KOTOR Fancast. He can easily play GL's evil counterpart in a Crisis on TWO Earths film. He can play evil anyways as he played Lucifer possessed Sam on SUPERNATURAL and "Soulless" Sam as well, Season 6 proved Jared can play both a good and bad guy.
Joseph Gordan Levitt and Matt Austin as Johnny Quick and The Flash (Wally West).
Reason for JGL- Good actor, grew up watching "3rd Rock from the Sun", he was good on HESHER, Inception, that movie he was in with Heath Ledger. I can see JGL as a bad guy, so why not let him try pull off Johnny Quick. He can make the character serious and crazy and why not keep Johnny Quick as a drug addict after using that Super Speed Serum too much.
Reason for Austin- This is actually my nephew's option, I was watching Power Rangers S.P.D with him on NETFLIX a while back. I was thinking who could play Wally West in a Justice League Film. I saw him as Bridge Carson the Green, then Blue, eventually Red SPD Ranger, his personality is basically like Wally West. He is 28 now and is a good pick for Wally West I say, I thank my nephew for that pick.
Carl Lumbly as the voice of Martian Manhunter.
Reason- Do I need to say WHY.
Alexander Skarsgard as Aquaman
Reason- Fan favorite for the role and Aquaman appears on both Morrison's and MccDuffie's versions.
Michael Fassbender as Lex Luthor Earth 2.
Reason- Fassbender was AWESOME as Magneto on X-MEN First Class, Inglorious Bastards. He can easily play Lex Luthor in a Superman film or Justice League film.
Scott Speedman and Josh Holloway as Green Arrow and Dark Archer
Reason for both- Despite neither will be on screen together, why not have them as Green Arrow and Dark Archer.
Yvonne Strahovski and Aliana Huffman as Black Canary and Scream Queen.
Reason- Yvonne is a beautiful woman and a good actress, despite only seeing her on CHUCK. She is a fan favorite for Black Canary, so why not let her be Black Canary. She could possibly be a good Wonder Woman but MANY might disagree.
Reason for Huffman- She did play Black Canary on SMALLVILLE, so why not let her come back to the evil counterpart.
Viggo Mortenson as Earth 2 Wilson.
Reason- Fan favorite for the role and can easily play the role, watch him on History of Violence, The Road, Lord of the Rings.
