PLOT: Fascinated by the presence of superheroes on Earth and their potential, an entity called The Beyonder chooses a group of both heroes and supervillains and teleports characters against their will to "Battleworld," a planet pieced together from multiple planets in a distant galaxy. The army of both good and evil must team up to escape and do whatever is necessary to get back to their home planets. The symbiote also plays a pivotal part, where it may latch onto a hero, or heroes depending on what choices you make in the game. The symbiote makes them more powerful, but more dangerous. A character can die if he is possesssed completely by the symbiote.
