First it starts during the “x-men origins Wolverine" and before the second X-men movie. After wolverine left the team. And striker sends the team on a mission and dead pool gets hurt. Every one though that he was a mutant even Striker. So striker sends him to the hospital and kicks him off the team. In the hospital he is told that he has cancer and is terminal. Striker tells him that he can cure him and Wade agrees on doing this as long as hi gets to kill people. Now we jump at the end of the Wolverine movie some soldiers find wades head and body and takes them both, puts them in a bag and takes them to weapon X. Striker gets pardon for killing the other guy and gets back to work because the government wants him to work on the super soldier program because the Soviet Union is working on their own supersoilder (Omega Red). He finds that weapon XI is alive and says that its one of the best weapons he has made but with one flaw his scars don’t regenerate because he has cancer. Striker makes different weapons or experiments, and striker makes them fight each other who ever wins gets to live. Dead pool beats them all. Two years later they find Nightcrawler and make him fight Deadpool (this is one of the best fights in comics and image the jokes). Deadpool is killing him but they give some swords to Nightcrawler and Nightcrawler manages to slice a piece of Deadpool's brain. Deadpool has vision of dead and likes it (he’s crazy). He wakes up and some one tells that he won’t have the optic blast power no more (witch solves the problem of Deadpool having multiple powers). Deadpool doesn’t care he just wants to fight again. Striker has been working on a Wolverine clone and makes X-23. She is given the adamantium and striker says “This is the best weapon yet, better than Deadpool”. Deadpool hears this and get super mad he yells “I’m the best, no one is better than me”
Striker wants too test X-23 and he puts Deadpool and X-23 fight. Deadpool has his swords in his hands and they fight. X-23 cuts Deadpool’s hand off and Deadpool try’s to fight but he can’t with out his hands and swords (this solves the problem of Deadpool having the swords out of his hand). Deadpool gets send to be killed. They rip his hearth out but Deadpool doesn’t die hand regenerates his heart.
He escapes killing a bunch of solders and getting his original swords or Katanas and becoming a mercenary. Striker gets the news that they have found Omega Red so he gives up on looking for Deadpool. Some years later, Deadpool hates striker for doing the experiment on him and trying to kill him so he decides to go and kill striker and goes back to the island. Goes inside and looks for striker but he has to fight X23 and Nightcrawler again and lady Deathstrike and omega red.
This is not the real thing I mead it up but its not really good I need to make it better so tell me what you guys think about it( if this isn’t well written I’m sorry I cant write as good )
