THE INDESTRUCTIBLE HULK

During Hydra’s siege on SHIELD, Samuel Sterns escaped confinement and using his intellect is able to knock Clint Barton. His increased intellect made him ambitious.
Bruce Banner, now working at the Stark Industries RnD division is devout to helping others through technological research. Also at the Stark Industries is Maria Hill who is still in-contact with Nick Fury who is after Hydra.
After the “Battle of New York”, Banner is not a fugitive anymore under the order of the World Security Council. He and Gen. Ross met at a bar and when Banner asked about Betty Ross, the general said that she is now living peacefully and doesn’t want to tell Banner her location.
Using his intellect, Sterns deduced the location of a Hydra facility and requested its head to be a scientist. Sterns used manipulative skills to become the leader of the facility and started experimenting on Gamma radiation on some of the members. Meanwhile, Clint Barton, still working for Fury and in pursuit of Sterns, located the Hydra base. He contacted the Gen. Ross for assistance.

Gen. Ross enlisted the help of Col. Glenn Talbot in taking-over the base. They subdued the men from Hydra but using prototype mechanical suits that runs using gamma radiation, Sterns captured General Ross.
Col. Talbot and his men enlisted the help of Bruce Banner in tracking Sterns since he is tampering with Gamma technology. Bruce successfully tracked Sterns and Col. Talbot launched his rescue of Gen. Ross. They captured Sterns and rescued Ross.
The next day, Ross is driving at the San Francisco Bridge. He suddenly felt dizzy and crashed in a truck and his car flipped over. Because of the events he transformed into Red Hulk and set cars on fire with his punches. Sensing a radioactive outburst through the computer, Banner rushed to the bridge. He is not being allowed to the bridge until a car ricocheted to him. He transformed into the Hulk and battled the Red Hulk. The Red Hulk suddenly weakened and when he was about to turn back into Ross, the Hulk threw him away and fell from the bridge. The Hulk’s rampage couldn’t be stopped by the police. Col. Talbot came with the mandroids that are called Hulkbusters and stopped the Hulk.

At the prison it was revealed that Sterns manipulated Col. Talbot into freeing him and making the mandroids. He used his intellect to gain the trust of the officials.  After the incident, Banner was imprisoned. He found out that the mandroids also runs on gamma radiation which could affect the host of the suit. He and Sterns have a conversation. Sterns told him his plan to create an army of gamma powered soldiers and asks Banner to join him but Banners refuse.
Ross wakes up on a riverbank and hides in the woods. Talbot reported to the government that Gen. Ross was one of the casualties at the bridge and takes his place.
Meanwhile, Clint Barton helped Banner escape. During the scuffle, he turns into the Hulk and escapes with Barton. After turning back to human, he and Hawkeye rendezvous with Agent Hill. Ross came for them to help him. They learned that Sterns injected him with a sample of Banner’s blood with a dose of the extremis serum which explains the fire properties. Banner also tells them that Sterns was planning to use the mandroid demo to turn everyone who attends into Gamma soldiers. Banner tells Ross that the only way to stabilize his condition is with the ICER that Agent Fitz and Agent Simmons invented (Agents of SHIELD) and that some is in the possession of the US army due to Col. Talbot salvaging Fury’s secret bases.
Talbot told Sterns about the location of Emil Blonsky in Alaska. They raided his cryo-cell and Blonsky accepted Sterns invitation but only if Sterns will make him stronger. Sterns did experiments on Abomination which granted him the classic “Abomination ears” and Sterns also finalized the serum that will be used on the people (much like the plot of The Amazing Spider-man” but instead of the ganali device, he will use the mandroids flares.).

The next day, Ross showed himself to Talbot who locks him up because he does not want to give up his new position and reveals that he now has control of the Hulkbusters. After revealing Sterns plan to the people, Banner got attacked by the Hulkbusters which caused him to transform into the Hulk. Meanwhile, Barton is searching for Sterns location defeating Sterns’ men in the process. When he finally found him, Sterns unleashed the Abomination. Meanwhile, Talbot rode into a Hulkbuster and fought Banner.
The Aboomination’s fight with Barton set Ross free. And the Abomination turn his attention to Ross and blames him for letting him get arrested. When Ross was about to be crushed by Blonsky, he turned into the Red Hulk.
Barton came just in time to help Banner in defeating Talbot. The armors exploded which killed Talbot. Sterns appeared from a screen to tell them that this is not the last time they will see him and told them that he will create a new race of superbeings and lead them. Then he escaped. The Red Hulk was no match for the upgraded Abomination. Hulk teamed up with him and after a combined effort, Blonsky was blasted off the coast while on fire.
Ross was cured, the Hulkbuster project was trashed and Banner returned to his work. Barton was ordered by Fury to go to Europe. The government prosecuted everyone in the army who worked for Sterns. Ross meet with Bruce and told him the location of Betty Ross.

@ Doopie

I wouldn't exactly say we'll never get another Hulk film. But I don't see it happening anytime soon at least.

I highly doubt it for Phase 3. Its already looking like Phase 3 will be Cap 3, Thor 3, Ant-Man, and Dr. Strange.

So I really dont' see another Hulk film happening for quite some time

@yoss
i agree, it would not fit in the current mcu and could waste mark ruffalo's acting skills. and i hate to see the Illuminati roster changed if they ever thought of doing that.

I don't think the GA knew about everything leading up to an Avengers movie until the trailer hit. The references were subtle. I do think characters like Hawkeye and Black Widow are better fleshed out by pairing up with the main superhero in the movie. Black Widow was great in Cap2, and I'm hoping they focus on Sharon a little more in Cap 3. It would be cool if Cap led a special ops team that consisted of Black Widow, Sharon Carter, Hawkeye, and Falcon. Give Maria Hill some time to shine because she was fantastic in the latest SHIELD episode.

You have some interesting ideas and i would like to see those ideas be placed into a Hulk sequel. I just think at least in phase 3 we should get a Hulk sequel with the inclusion of The Leader, General Ross as the Red Hulk and Talbot to be villains.
