My take on Daredevil, and the third part of my MCU, following
Black Panther - http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/cardiakid/news/?a=50973
and
Moon Knight - http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/cardiakid/news/?a=51072
I decided not to use some intergral supporting characters in Daredevil, but i plan to introduce them when i decide to make a sequel to this, which might be after the big team up movie i'm planning for my MCU!
Here's the fan cast -
Sam Worthington - Matt Murdock aka Daredevil
Anyone who remembers my first DD fan cast will remember i cast Bradley Cooper in this role. My original choice was Sam Worthington. Well, after a while i slowly started to realize there are better choices (than Cooper), and, although i think Michael C Hall, the fan favourite, would be a great DD too, i also like Sam Worthington for the role, so i chose him!
Jason Segel - Foggy Nelson
Like alot of the cast, it hasn't changed from my first fan cast. Foggy Nelson was originally intended to bring comic relief to the comics, and Jason is a hilarious actor, so this choice makes sense.
Tate Donavan - Jack "The Devil" Murdock
Hasn't changed, and i believe that Donavan, who's played a troubled father before, could pull off the role of Daredevil's deceased father.
James Gandolfini - Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin
The villain of my MCU, and Gandolfini has already played a mob boss in the Sopranos, so thinking this role would be that hard for him isn't really the case.
Jack Coleman - Ben Urich
Just look at the picture and notice how much they look alike! Plus, Coleman's a great actor.
Stephen Dorff - Larry Cranston aka Mister Fear
One of the villains in the first film, after i decided to hold back Bullseye for the sequel. Dorff is a great actor and could bring the kind of creepy presence needed to play Mister Fear.
Here's the story...
Teaser poster for a Daredevil film starring Sam Worthington. I found this at www.imperium-hero.deviantart.com by Imperium Hero.
I did add the tagline and the Sam Worthington part, though.

The Man without Fear wages his own war on crime, but is soon threatened by a mysterious serial killer who uses fear gas to make his victims commit suicide. But can the Man without Fear manage to stop a man who uses nothing but fear? Find out in the newest installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, starring Sam Worthington (Avatar, Terminator: Salvation), Stephen Dorff (Backbeat) and James Gandolfini (The Sopranos).
SYNOPSIS:
Matt Murdock witnesses his father being beat to death in an alley after witnessing his father win a fight.
A young Matt Murdock is blinded by a radioactive substance when attempting to push a man out of the way, but it also enhances his other senses.
Matt and his friend – Franklin “Foggy” Nelson both attend Columbia Law School, where Matt protects his friend from bullies. Matt’s love interest, a girl named Elektra Natchios soon leaves the university, and Matt and Foggy soon transfer to Harvard Law School, and create a private law firm after graduating.
A now grown up Matt and Foggy share their law firm with their secretary – Karen Page, a woman they both have feelings for. It is obvious Karen is more interested in Matt however.
We see Matt in his apartment training, fighting flashbacks of his fathers’ murder and the incident that brought him blindness.
A young man, Larry Cranston, shows Matt a fear gas he developed that he says will help him win any case, and could eventually be used for government to get answers from criminals. He demonstrates it, and Matt sends him off, saying it’s not safe enough to test.
Meanwhile, Matt makes a private deal with a client of his who was involved with the mob. He says that if he can tell him who the leader of the Committee is; he tells him; Wilson Fisk.
Matt becomes enraged that Wilson Fisk is the man who was responsible for his fathers’ death. He doesn’t tell anyone, believing he can exact justice on Kingpin himself.
The next night, at a business presentation hosted by Wilson Fisk, Murdock walks in, holding a gun, planning on killing Fisk. Hesitant, he changes his mind when Fisk notices him and calls him up to the stage to congratulate him for all his accomplishments.
At the presentation, a scream is heard, and we soon see that a man has died of apparent suicide. It is revealed to be an employee of Fisk’s rival business.
The next day, Matt meets up with a reporter named Ben Urich. Urich tells him of the crime scene, and Matt becomes surprised when he learns that they found fear toxin injected into his system. Urich’s theory is that someone put it into their system and forced them to commit suicide.
Matt gets the address of Larry Cranston from his secretary and goes to his apartment in a red costume to protect his identity. He sees Cranston leaving his apartment, and climbs in through a window and into his house. He sees a list with a bunch of Fisk employees, and opens a closet to a black protective suit with a skull mask and a cape. He hears a scream from down the street, and goes running to the crime to see a mugging in place.
As he fights flashbacks of his fathers’ death, he feels he has to step in and assaults the thugs. He does this and leaves, and the next day becomes the talk of the town, everyone wondering who he was.
Matt soon becomes suspicious when several similar deaths to that of Fisk’s rival business employee all begin occurring, all who work for Fisk’s rival business.
The media dubs the man a serial killer and give him the nickname “Mister Fear” due to all his victims having fear toxin in their system.
Matt goes out as Daredevil again, and meets with the head of Fisk’s rival business, and warns him of his own theory; Wilson Fisk has a private assassin and is taking out his rivals one by one. The man doesn’t believe DD at all, and assumes he is Mister Fear and triggers a silent alarm. He holds DD at gun point, but he soon manages to rid him of his gun and jump out the window, escaping security.
As he falls he hooks himself to a building with his nun chucks and has a chase scene with cops below. He eventually evades them, and meets up with a man wearing what he saw in Cranston’s apartment.
He tells him he knows he is Mister Fear, and the man doesn’t say anything. Instead, he tells him to murder Wilson Fisk, (Fear’s manipulation perfume) and DD makes his way to Fisk’s HQ.
As he gets there, he soon overhears Fisk talking about how Fear completed all his hits and his rival business is almost gone. He breaks into Fisk’s HQ and starts fighting off his thugs. He easily accomplishes this before moving onto Fisk, still under Fear’s spell.
However, he is soon stopped by Fear, as he is thrown to the ground. He uses his fear gas to try and intimidate him. DD isn’t scared, and he tells him that he is “a man without fear”.
They have an epic fight scene before he gets Fear to the ground. Fear tells him of what happened; he went to Fisk and he sold his product, but he had to do tests first to make sure it worked. He also says he was just trying to lure him into the perfect place to prove Fisk once and for all that his gas worked.
Speaking of Fisk, he is still in the background, but is getting a sniper ready to assassinate Daredevil and Mister Fear. (Now that the product works he doesn’t need him). DD senses the man, and ducks as 2 shurikens hit Fear. DD turns around and one hits him in the stomach. We see the sniper from atop the building, saying to himself “Bullseye.”
As both Fear and Daredevil lay on the ground unconscious, Fisk walks up to them before one of his thugs is taken down by a dart. He gets angered, saying he said “only the costumes”, believing it’s the sniper, but soon picks up the dart and it is in the shape of a crescent moon. “He’s here.” He says before evacuating his building, leaving Fear and Daredevil helpless on the ground.
We now see Moon Knight atop a building, watching Fisk leave in a limo, before swinging down and into the HQ. He picks up Daredevil and looks up, as the Mooncopter floats down and Moon Knight, (with Daredevil) climb in. He says, “We got him” to Frenchie.
Once his wound has healed, Daredevil wakes up to find he is in an underground hideout surrounded by Moon Knight, Frenchie, and Marlene Alraune. He is initially confused and hesitant, but Moon Knight convinces him it’s ok. He asks him how he feels about joining a team to help take down the Committee. Daredevil grins and says “I’m in.”
POST CREDITS SCENE:
We see the head of Fisk’s rival business walk into his office. He is content and it’s a quiet night with a great view in the background of the city lights. As he is putting files into a backpack, he soon becomes frightened when a man in a cape and hood steps forward. He backs up as the other man steps forward. Out of the dark we see his face…Mister Fear is still alive.
