Online alternate universe. Its a collaborative effort by several of us CBM members recreating our own comics universe following a new more coherent continuity than DC or marvels multiple retcon jumbling mess that exist in publishing today. Made by fans for fans basically rebooting DC and marvel universes

Hey, how did u add the superman logo? I've been having a really tough time with logos, and I had to make Batman's from six combined logos

Why can't we, in the OAU, create brand new looks for the characters? A lot of designs I've seen have looked pretty much on-par with tradition. There's nothing to bold or new about them. Same basic designs and color-schemes.

I think, in what is essentially OUR continuity, why can't we take risks? I know a lot of us are purists, but it's about to get real boring if we see what amounts to the same designs DC and Marvel have already given us.

those were my thoughts too . this is essiantly an alternate universe, so I say let those differences be known and shown proudly. Make Green Arrow camo-ed out instead of bright green? hells yeah that makes more sense any ways. Make a giant-man/ at-man without those dumb looking black antennae things? please. Have wolverine ( a black ops trained assassin, and veteran of every war since the 1800s) wear something besides canary yellow? I think so. We just need to find the right blend of practicality and eye-catching design

I have some more I did when Batman Inc. was first announced, some are heromachine versions of the batmen of all nations and character designs for the next justice league set in an alternate future. The story I wrote a couple years back, and has the justice league members all killed off and the titans and Young justice become the next iteration of the justice league.
