Green Arrow is a vigilante superhero who fights crime using archery, technology and martial arts. In his secret identity he is liberal politician and billionaire Oliver Queen, a hot-headed social activist and owner of Queen Industries.
Powers & Abilities:
PowersOliver Queen's powers, if any, remain unknown. It has been rumored that Green Arrow may in fact be a metahuman. The Department of Extranormal Operations has a classified dossier on Queen, wherein they indicate such a possibility, but as of yet, this information has not been confirmed nor denied.
AbilitiesAviation: He used to own and fly his own airplane called the Arrowplane. He still has some skill in flying different types of planes.
Cooking: Green Arrow's Chili is one of the hottest foods on the planet.
Master Archer: Oliver Queen is perhaps the finest archer ever known. He claims to be able to shoot 29 arrows per minute. He has a wide-variety of trick arrows, ranging from bola arrows to time-bomb arrows to his infamous boxing-glove arrow. In recent years he has used these arrows sparingly, preferring the time-tested simple arrow. Green Arrow has shown the ability to shoot an arrow down the barrel of a gun, pierce a drop of water as it leaves a tap, and shoot almost any part of the human body; although he aims only to wound and not kill when he shoots. He once shot two arrows down two different gun barrels while upisde down, in mid-flip while somersaulting off a building.
Master Martial Artist: He is proficient in several forms of hand-to-hand combat including Judo, Kickboxing and Karate. Proclaimed as a martial arts master, he has shown the ability to take on seven people at once.
Master Swordsman: Ollie is also very proficient with a sword, though it is not his preferred weapon of choice.
Acrobatics: He has displayed on many occasions that he is an expert in acrobatics, and often uses this skill while evading enemy fire.
Strength levelAfter his survivalist training in the Marshall Islands, Ollie is now in peak physical condition. Ollie can at least lift up to twice his bodyweight enabling him to press 390 lbs. His strength makes him capable of swinging uninjured with a grapple device.

Her costume is an attractive black outfit with fishnet stockings and blonde hair, usually seen riding her motorcycle.
Powers & Abilities:
Canary Cry: possesses a metagene that gives her a potent sonic attack, able to damage and stun foes or objects, to the point of shattering metal. Possesses a incredible degree of control over her vocal cords. This enables her to mimic sounds and generate any sound she desires, even developing several abilities.
Disruption: causes a incredible amount damage to non-living targets, and a remarkable amount of damage to living targets, stuns people in a entire area.
Sound Disruption: Remarkable ability to disrupt sound and sonic powers.
Induce Sleep
Martial Arts Master: Making her one of the most skilled martial artists on the planet. She has also been trained by Wildcat, who is formerly the Heavyweight Champion of the World, in the art of Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Krav Maga, and Hapkaido. Has also been trained in Dragon Style Kung Fu and pressure point fighting by Richard Dragon. Thanks to Wonder Woman, Dinah has been trained in Amazon martial arts, but is strictly a novice in that kind of fighting style. Other styles she's shown skill in include Savate, Judo, Aikido, Jujutsu, Wing Chun, and Tae Kwon Do
Master Tactician and Strategist: Dinah is also considered a strong leader and strategic thinker, which has led to her being made Chairwoman of the latest incarnation of the JLA.
Harmonica Player: Though not a useful skill in battle, it is a skill nonetheless that she uses to strengthen her breathing and vocal cords. This is a form of training for her Canary Cry.

Black Canary possesses the strength level of a woman her age, size and weight who engages in intensive regular exercise. Dinah can therefore press (lift) at least her own bodyweight. The Canary Cry has been able to reach 300 decibels, which is enough to make a person's ears start bleeding even if they're not the attack target. It's possible the scream can reach far higher levels.

Red Arrow is the current superhero identity of Roy Harper, Green Arrow's ward and former sidekick. He has also been known as Speedy and Arsenal during his long career. Though Red Arrow has no superpowers, his accuracy with projectiles is equaled only by his mentor.
Powers & Abilities:
Master Archer: Red Arrow possesses no superhuman attributes, but he is a marksman of incredible accuracy. He is extremely adept at the use of the bow and arrow. Vixen once "absorbed" Roy's archery ability during training practice and was able to hit the bulls-eye of a standard target from 200 meters away. Its because of this that its assumed that Red Arrow can also hit his targets from 200 meters away. Vixen didn't specify that this was a maximum range so its possible that Red Arrow can hit the bullseye target that surpasses 200 meters away.
Weapons Proficiency: Master of Moo Gi Gong. Red Arrow is extremely proficient with a wide array of weaponry. He has the ability to take virtually any object and use it in combat as an effective weapon.
Martial Arts Master: Red Arrow has been trained by Black Canary and Oliver Queen, both masters of a variety of martial arts, the former being one of the most skilled martial artist on the planet. Red Arrow has also been tutored throughout his life by Hal Jordan, a skilled boxer and regularly sparred with Nightwing. Therefore, it stands to reason that Red Arrow is a master of hand-to-hand combat.
Master Detective: Though not in the same league as Batman and Elongated Man, Red Arrow possesses keen analytical skills and deductive ability.
Strength levelRoy has the strength and physique of a human being who has rigorously trained his body into a weapon.
EquipmentElectronic Pulse: Much like Nightwing and other members of the Bat-Family, Red Arrow's suit is capable of emitting an electronic pulse. It is unknown, however, whether or not his suit is capable of emitting only one pulse, like Batman's and Nightwing's, or several.

Although her archery is nowhere in the same league as Oliver's or Connor Hawke's, Mia has been ardently practicing her skills, and honing her bowmanship techniques. Mia is a vastly above-average fighter and acrobat, having trained underneath many of the world's top martial artists.
Strength levelMia Dearden possesses the strength level of a girl her age, size and weight who engages in intensive regular exercise. On occasion, her strength levels wane as a side-effect of her prescribed AIDS-related medication, which she takes on a regular basis.

Connor Hawke is the second Green Arrow, one of the greatest martial artists in the DC Universe and an excellent archer. His father is Oliver Queen and his mother is a woman named Moonday Hawke. Queen abandoned him at an early age because he was not yet ready to be a father, but they rekindled their relationship later on in life and Connor forgave him. Growing up in an ashram, he was raised on Buddhist philosophy, although he has no problem with physical violence.
Powers & Abilities:
Accelerated Healing: Due to the genetic machinations of Doctor Sivana, Connor Hawke now has an accelerated healing factor, and a higher resistance to pain. He can withstand the impact of multiple gunshots to the chest with minimal injury.
Clairvoyance: Connor's zen training has endowed him with the gift of vision. Although he seldom demonstrates this craft, he once received a vision that informed him that his father, Oliver Queen, was actually alive when he had believed him dead.
Master Kyudo Archer: Connor is an extraordinary fine archer, a student of the Kyudo Discipline, though not as proficient as his father, the first Green Arrow (Oliver Queen).
Martial Arts Master: Connor is also a martial arts master and is able to duplicate the skill of others. Connor has been trained in Japanese martial arts and is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant. Has been trained in blind fighting.
Akido Master: Connor is an Aikido Disciple which utilizes a method of unarmed self-defense which encourages a discipline and a nonviolent attitude. Through Aikido, Connor's dexterity and stength comes from the suppleness in his practice which uses a rhythmic good posture, perception, and coordination. In Aikido, Connor uses an opponent's force by bringing it into his own circle, neutralizing aggressive action by gaining control of the attacker.
