anyway, DBZ would whoop all these guys with no problem. They're powers are on a whole different level. Most of them can even destroy entire planets with a single attack.

So yeah, DBZ wins...in a landslide.

MARVEL ALL THE WAY!
TEAMWORK: To actually get the Villains in DC and DBZ to work together seems to be more of a stretch than Marvel. Some of the villains just seem like destructive, mindless beings that won't see the big picture. (Kid Buu, Fat Buu, Doomsday)
MAGIC: DBZ has awesome powers in their universe, but I have seen them hurt by magic, like being turned into cookies. And for all we know, in our universe they may be a joke, or not be capable of producing the same type of energy. Superman is also hurt by magic. So Dr. Strange gets the big upperhand for Marvel.
METAL: I am bored with Magneto, but he can crush/or rip apart Metallo (rocking a kryptonite heart, making Superman weak) and Cyborg, and make everyone with guns and swords useless. He also destroys the androids.
REGENERATION: Deadpool and Wolverine! Yeah, they don't die.
HUMAN: DC has too many in this fight.
ENERGY BASED ATTACKS: You would think DBZ has a huge advantage here. But Sentry also has the power of one million exploding Suns. Thanos also manipulates energy. (And it would be cool if the gems in the Infinity Gauntlet were similar to Kryptonite)Also, Silver Surfer can do so many things with Matter and Energy (and time) that you would think he was the concept of GOD for DBZ. Kamaehamaeha means flashy snack to Silver Surfer.
VENOM: Mac Gargan is going to eat someone! And if he dies I am sure the symbiote will jump to someone new and put the battle in their favor.
I am a huge Batman fan, but I don't think even he could find a way to put DC over in this.
Marvel may not have huge numbers in magic and energy, but they still dominate those areas, making the powerhouses in the other teams basically useless.
DBZ's only chance, wishing to bring their buddies back to life.
DC's chance, Doomsday keeps coming back again and again and again.
