Power Man's costume was so busy. Yellow butterfly collar shirt, logging chains, and a tiara! He always looked like a bouncer at a sweet sixteen party.

What about the Creeper! All he wears is a pair of striped briefs. This list is good, but there are waaaay more than 10 terrible costumes out there, and some worse than the ones you put.
