After seeing that i think the ultimate Clark Kent aka Superman is the most experienced person living that's played Superman, obviously it's not Christopher Reeves because he's dead and i said still living, and not BR because he's only done it for one year so is it someone from the video above or Tom Welling.

wheres dean cain (not like I care or anything) but he's considered by a lot of people to be superman of there "generation". Reeves is still the best by the way welling hasn't worn the costume yet, routh well he tried and failed, didn't see dean cains portrayal so can't really judge. By the way not welling or routh hater, been smallville fan since the begining and Returns wasn't routh's falut entirely so I can't really blame the dude too much

1st christopher reeves by far the best clark kent/superman

2nd brandon routh i thought he was alright should of been given another chance to shine.

3rd tom welling XD hahahahahahahahaha his had ten years to prove himself worthy of the iconic role & to be honest he has failed big time.

That's ludacris, you use a picture of Brandon Routh with Tom Welling's head plopped on top to say Tom Welling is Superman. No doubt the WB will use a picture of Brandon flying off as the final shot on Smallville because that is the only way they will be able to show Superman on Smallville.

Welling was a good Clark Kent but never Superman... his superhero acting ain't gr8, he was gold tho on Smallville season 1 to 7 I'll give him that plus...

It's not that i don't like Routh or Dean or Henry or Reeve but i just prefer Welling, and Hey LEEE777 you got what you wanted with Henry but still Tom Welling is the best one.

Same here bro. Wolverine sucks bro. Tom Welling is going to be Superman with a Two hour series finale. Just the same amount of time Henry Cavill will be seen as Superman when the reboot comes out. So in a sense Smallville will still come on top over this new Superman Reboot. Tom has Ten years. We all don't know how this new reboot will turn out . It could be just as bad or worse than Superman Returns.

Truth be told, I am not sure whether or not I will give Henry Cavill a shot as Superman as I was extremely disappointed with Superman Returns. I have been a fan since my Comic Book youth, through the three TV series and the Feature movies.

Tom Welling is my Clark Kent, and hopefully my Superman before the series ends. I wish him well and hope that he will remain in some capacity in front of the camera as his fans will be missing him. Hey, why not have Erica Durance and Tom Welling guest star on Hawaii Five O as Honeymooners. That would be a hoot:>
