- PLEASE READ (everything) as i explain my facts, and picks. and comment thoughts!
I'd like to begin with.. I am really excited there is a VENOM movie coming out, I am a little confused on how it will be (not in a, Will it be good or bad) sense.. More of a, How are they going to do it? I don't know about you but its seems like a big challenge, But i have a feeling it will be unique, I mean it already is!
- SHALL WE BEGIN?
If you didn't know (i suppose you all know) Flash Thompson serves in the Military after graduating high-school in the comics, Well long-story turned short, Flash becomes Agent Venom. and just that whole process from loosing his legs in the Military, all the way to becoming Agent Venom, A lot happens, he is more of a good guy (obviously) then the classic Venom we all know...
Now i don't doubt that in 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' while Flash gives his speech maybe he will say he's going to the Military? that could open doors to him becoming Agent Venom in the future and that would be cool, right? and possibly open doors to an awesome film.
But from what we have heard in the past articles, it seems like the Venom movie isn't heading that direction.
Now he did mention Flash in there which is why i talked about him being Venom earlier, and maybe they won't do the whole Agent Venom thing and just make him Venom? But it kind of sounds like it will be our classic Venom, and Eddie Brock.

CHACE CRAWFORD (as) EDDIE BROCK
The good thing about Chace Crawford is he can pull off a guy who is in his late twenties, and pull of the look of a Teenager too! I feel that Chace can play a good darker guy, and also Happy guy.
That's the good thing about Chace Crawford is that his acting abilities stretch and he has a kind of 'Eddie Brock' Look to him, He looks similar to Andrew Garfield (Not literally in every facial look) but just the same kind of style.
The main thing is always Acting, its all up to how his performance is and he is good, Not just passable because of his looks. But try to look at him from my point of view, Do you see it?

CHARLIE HUNMAN (as) EDDIE BROCK
I'm not the biggest fan of Charlie Hunman, but i do think he could do a great job portraying a little older version of Eddie Brock, Not like 30's just he looks more mature than Chace Crawford.. Charlie Hunman can certainly play a dark serious person, but then also a little bit of a Joker (not joker from batman.. durr)
But just think of his acting, if you've seen 'Sons Of Anarchy' and other things he's been in you should see it, at least i hope!

- SO, Those are my picks for Eddie Brock, comment what you think or if you have a better choice (acting wise) but if you post someone you just like, and want to do it for fun.. wow..
Now, we know Spider-Man will be in the film, but what do you think his part will be? Do you think he will have a big part, Will he be the "Villain" from the Perspective of the film? And will Peter Parker and Eddie Brock be friends?
Now we can say "Will this happen, will that happen" and we don't know, and we wont know for a while, And its pretty senseless to guess what will happen! But i can say what i want to happen..
Like the comics, well Ultimate Spider-Man comics (which seems like the direction the film is going in) i would like Eddie Brock and Peter Parker to be friends, They're dad's worked together and created the Venom Suit.
(Although Harry Osborn in TASM 2 is kind of going in that direction - not the dads working together to create something part though)
What causes Venom to "Hate" Spider-Man could be if he finds out Peter took it too hide it (or use it for himself) from Eddie Brock - (from the comics.) He could feel betrayed also to find out that Peter Parker is Spider-man?
Or maybe they don't have a friendship at all (which i wouldn't like as much) but meet each-other because they find out they're Dad's worked together on a project for Oscorp? and kind of start they're friendship through that.
- REGARDLESS, How they're friendship plays out they have to know each-other because what could make Venom hate Spider-Man so much? i mean obviously they could come up with something, but they will have a friendship..
I do want there to be a scene in there where its just pure intensity, Almost straight from the comics (and Ultimate Spider-Man video game) where Peter Parker and Eddie Brock for the first time in the Venom suit fight, while Peter tries helping him.
The "scene" where Eddie finds out about Peter doing 1 of 3 things,
1. He took the suit to hide it from Eddie Brock.
2. Takes it for himself to use.
3. Eddie finds out Peter Parker is Spider-Man
1 of those 3, that scene could happen maybe later on to kind of give a climax? or whatever.
There are a lot of options, and a lot of things that could happen even maybe that "scene" happens a little early on so Venom hates Spider-Man for a bit than they end up teaming up together at the end of the film and fight against someone else? and become friends again? cause that happens in the comics too.
So many options, and things to happen, and i know this article is kind of confusing and a rough idea of what i want, but at least you understand? Comment thoughts and other adds and facts to the Venom movie! :)
