Begins with Steve and Diana talking, they say how they have been together since the foster home and they are like brother and sister which is why Diana wants to tell him something. She says about her powers and that she doesn’t know where they came from. Zeus has called Ares to find his daughter and is being giving an update from him; Zeus is angry and demands that he finds her now. Diana and Steve decide that she should help people with her abilities when they see that on the tv a plane has been hijacked and is being flown towards the white house. Diana fly’s to it and stops the plane defeats the hijackers and rescues the passengers. Ares sees this and goes to capture her, she puts up a fight but he wins, taking her to mount Olympus. Zeus says to untie her and that he means her no harm as well as that he is her father. Amazonian warriors arrive and attack Olympus before fleeing and taking Diana with them. Hippolyta says she is her mother and that Zeus wants her as a weapon explaining the origin of the races, their feud and Diana’s birth. She gives Diana weapons and armour telling her to flee to the normal world as the Olympians will soon attack Themyscira. On earth she is attacked by Cyclops and Hydra but defeats both. She talks to Steve who tells her to go and save Themyscira when Hecatonchires attacks killing Steve before Diana kills it. She goes back to Themyscira to find the city in ruins with only a few Olympians and Amazonians left. After she joins the battle Zeus and Ares are killed leaving only Hercules standing for the Olympians. Diana goes to attack him when he tells her to stop she sees him carrying a dying Hippolyta towards her. Her mother tells her to make sure mankind does not become destroyed like the Amazonians before dying. With both races wiped out Hercules and Diana call a truce and Diana returns to earth where Martian Manhunter recruits her for the Justice League.
