So there you have the logo which will presumably be used in marketing materials for Deadpool, along with confirmation that Morena Baccarin is playing "Vanessa". That's obviously Vanessa Carlyle, a character better known as Copycat (she appeared in Deadpool's debut issue - New Mutants 98 - but was disguised as Domino at the time). Morena is stunning.
I had a feeling they'd go with a younger, bombshell type for Vanessa.
But I'm happy they've chosen Morena, not a Megan Fox type (how Copycat has sometimes been drawn) but someone who can play brains, sex appeal and beauty.

I remember reading the Variety article announcing Deadpool just a few days after XMO:W was released.

It still amazes me that after all these years the movie is finally getting made.
