To consummate the build up to "Iron Man 3" select theaters will be showing "Iron Man" (2008) "Iron Man 2" (2010) and "The Avengers" (2012). A list of participating theaters has not yet been revealed.
Theaters are planning to offer an "Iron Man Marathon" on May 2nd! Included in the line-up will be Iron Man (2008), Iron Man 2 (2010), Marvel's The Avengers (2012), and then Iron Man 3 will begin screening at 9 p.m. on May 2nd. It looks like the marathon will start at 1 p.m.
Walt Disney Pictures and Marvel Studios should be revealing the participating theaters soon.
The anticipated third installment pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds.
