While in Sydney the cast of the upcoming Fantastic Four film whom were attending the premiere, briefly discussed their sequel deal which includes three films.

The four, Ioan Guffudd, Chris Evans, Jessica Alba and Michael Chiklis, have signed for three films over 12 years if this year's incarnation is as successful as expected.

"But it's not contracted that way," said Chiklis, aka The Thing.

"It really is," said Alba (the Invisible Girl).

"From the first day of pre-production to the last day they can release the third film is 12 years max."

"Bloody hell, The Thing's going to be walking around with a cane," Chiklis laughed.

Evans, who plays the Human Torch, said there's "buttloads of pressure" taking on the characters "but the good thing is I can share it and blame it [on the others]".

Alba added: "People were initially incredibly critical of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, they hated the idea of Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man and now no one else can be Wolverine or Spider-Man"From the first day of pre-production to the last day they can release the third film is 12 years max."

"Bloody hell, The Thing's going to be walking around with a cane," Chiklis laughed."

Meanwhile, SHH recently received the new UK poster for the Fantastic Four.
