This movie would've been out on DVD back in November-December 2012 if they stuck to the original release date

@weneedrevelation

The movie wasn't EXCELLENT.

It was entertaining and everyone should go to the movie expecting nothing more...

...nothing at all.

People expect films like these to be very intellectually in-depth and Oscar-winning material. It astounds me.

it's just a piece of mindless, action packed filmmaking. I think it's ridiculous to expect anything else so just embrace it.

All the bad reviews seem to not get GI Joe. Some of them even complain about there being too many weapons. I can't wait to watch this, it sounds good to me. :o)

@CherryBomb Damn right! I want a big fun popcorn movie, with lots of guns, explosions and Ninja fights. And characters that closely resemble the GI Joe characters from the comics. That's all and I'll be happy. :o)

@SkillFace616

That's exactly what it is! The action scenes were the best part of the movie. You should be happy!

@PsyBoy Excellent. I know a couple of people who watched it that like the Joe cartoons/comics, they hated the first movie but really liked this one. I'm guessing it's, switch off the brain and enjoy the ride.

I thought Dredd was good fun. Nice to see the character depicted well in movies instead of the Stallone crapfest.

@Weneedrevelation how does it compare to the GI Joe: Resolute cartoon? That was pretty badass.

No lifelike hair, no kung fu grip, no interest.

@SkullFace616 exactly! I wish more people could think like you.

People now suddenly think every comic film or even every film in general is going to be to the standard of TDK or Inception or anything Nolany.

I'm glad that brian-cell rotting, big explosion-like films come along like this, that don't necessarily have to be all that intelligent.

Gi Joe : Retaliation was crap they should have just rebooted it rather than go thru that spectacle of garbage they put in front of people.
