While watching both trailers for the Green Lantern Movie I notice a subtle change in one of the Lantern Costumes.

For most guys this would be a disappointment, But to keep a decent rating on the movie it must have been changed.

I guess to get a family friendlyish rating they need to minimise 'side-boob'.

I, for one, believe there is no global catastrophe that can't be evaded by side-boob.

i, for one, agree with this choice. we should shield kids from natural things and keep them unprepared for the real-world...which apparently includes cg alien boobs.
Yeah, I'm being sarcastic...I was actuall looking forward to giant-on-screen-purple-boobage. :(

It's not the MPAA... they don't care about side-boob in a PG-13 film, and there's not situation where covering her up a bit more was going to be the difference between this getting a PG-13 or an R.

The change is likely either about WB going more family friendly or a preemptive move to adjust the balance of how female characters are portrayed in the film. (As far as speaking roles go, the GL Corps are looking like a sausage-fest. Any token female Lanterns probably shouldn't look like strippers if they want to seem at all progressive.)
