Doesn't look half bad. But i miss the additude. sinestro (in the lantern days) was always very sure of himself. Was calm in every situation and was the calm ying to jordan's energetic yang.

In this picture he reminds me of a chinese warlord. Still i do like it :D.

This kinda look would work for Mandarin in Iron Man movie,of course with diffrent outfit,

I take it you mean Mandarin. To me, that looks as if whoever designed it went with Hugo Weaving as a the face template.

every one that hates the look has to remember that its concept art and the whole point of concept art is to make a concept so that dosnt mean that is what he looks like they have probably 10 to 20 deffernt concept drawing of what they think he should look like so every one that is crying foul should remember that its not a deffent yet just wait and be patient ok

Is that a mullet? Loose the mullet and smooth out the green. The costume feels to busy right now. Only use the mullet if there is a flashback to Sinestro dancing to Achy Breaky Heart during his training as an exercise in conquering fear.
