Chatting lengthly with Collider's Steve 'Frosty' Weintraub in a video interview, the producer of Martin Campbell's highly-anticipated Green Lantern movie, Donald De Line speaks on various elements surrounding the film. the Oa stuff always looked good even in the first trailer, it was the earth stuff that didn't looks so great to me. Hopefully this is a success.

Sure it looked every bit the spectacle it needs to be but I can see this movie getting really cheesy with the amount of ridiculous things they'll make Ryan Reynolds make with the ring.

Reynolds can't play anything straight without making it funny, he aint Hal Jordan and he's become annoying in almost every film I've seen him in over 90 mins.

CGi looks great but that may be overkill for a lot of people, especially with the entire suit being CGI too, its just too green, even the white and the black parts of the suit look green! Considering the corny mantra and the silly yellow vs green thing this still has attached to the story, this movie may go down as a dumb blonde. Pretty to look at but not too intelligent.
