As was reported here on CBM a few days ago, October's Green Lantern #59 will give fans their first look at a, currently unrevealed, member of the Green Lantern Corps from the upcoming 2011 movie. Well, while browsing the solicitations for November which were published online earlier today, I came across the following.

@JoshW I was hoping it was gonna be Hal in costume thereby putting all that EW stuff behind them. However when you use the wording "currently unrevealed member of the GLC" I'm betting it's Sal (since Geoff was so fired up about how good he looked a few weeks ago).

GLFanboy: Are you talking about Salaak? I'd love to see what he'll look like in the upcoming movie! As for Hal's costume,
I'm really hoping that we'll get something more like the below image (which was also the inspiration for my new avatar, lol)
rather than the slightly crappy looking image on the EW cover!

It would be awesome if it was the final version of Hal's costume. Especially because of how Poni described it.

@Josh and Wolvie Yes Salaak (Sal for short). Also, Poni mentioned in the talkback of a post from Friday that he has now seen actual pictures of Hal's costume and he says it looks EXACTLY like the comics (except white gloves of course). Whether that means the current version or the original one you posted I don't know. Either way, according to what he's seen, I don't think we need to worry anymore.

TANK: Yeah, I actually just finished reading "Green Lantern: Rage Of The Red Lanterns" which was awesome! (and what a huge cliffhanger!!!) Now I'm looking forward to "Agent Orange" and the "Blackest Night" harcovers arriving!

NightAvenger: I spent something like an hour searching for a really good Green Lantern avatar and ended up finding that by accident, lol! Needless to say, I'll be keeping it for a while!
