Chris Pratt Talks Peter Quill's Dad, Co-Stars, His Contract, And More!
Chris Pratt sat down with the people over at Screenrant and discussed many things like his Marvel Contract, how he feels working with Dave and Vin Diesel, and much more! Hit the jump to check it out!
In a recent interview with Screenrant Chris Pratt disscussed how much knowledge he has of Peter Quill's father, "I don’t know anything about Peter’s dad. I know a little bit of what I’ve heard," He then talked about knowing that there were several versions of the character, but he didnt know which version they were going to use,"I know there are several incarnations of the character and I know some of what I’ve read from the comic books or know from the comic books but I’m not sure this incarnation what they’re going to do, I hope we get to find out more."
He then talked about how his marvel contract is looking as of now, I don’t know exactly it’s either seven or eight thousand,[Laughs] it’s between seven and eight, I don’t know exactly, but I hope we get them all done." He then talked about how he felt about working with Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper on the set of the film. His response, I had the most surreal moment talking to Vin Diesel yesterday. He was calling me out, ‘Dude you’re so great in this movie’ and I was just like, ‘Oh my God, it’s Xander Cage. [He] thinks I’m awesome. My mind just blew up. I can’t talk, is my jaw open? Close your mouth, you’re talking to Vin Diesel.’ It was freakin’ awesome." He then commented on whether or not we will see the cast at this years comic-com, "I think we’ll be in the UK, but last year we were in the UK and they flew us to Comic-Con, so…"
So, most likely we wont see Chris and the gang rolling into comic-con but we will see most of the Avengers: Age of Ulton cast there. To close out, Chris is certainly excited about Guardians Of the Galaxy, and he seemed even more excited about working with everyone else? Sound off below!
