Beware. SPOILERS for Guardians of the Galaxy ahead.

The conclusion of 2008's Iron Man introduced Nick Fury and the Avengers Initiative, The Avengers featured Thanos and Captain America: The Winter Soldier debuted the twins Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver -- now, say hello to the newest Marvel credits cameo: Howard The Duck. Yes, the infamous feathered anti-hero popped up in the Collector's, erm, collection in James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy, much to the suprise of many comic fans. Most well known for his 1986 film, critically panned and a box office bomb, Marvel head honcho Kevin Feige jokes that  "it would be fun to lay claim to Howard and to remind people that he's more than just a pseudonym for film failure. And that he is a Marvel character. That would be fun." Though it is unlikely the character will star in another movie, Ain't It Cool News also exclusively revealed that the actor behind the voice of Mr. The Duck is none other than Seth Green of Family Guy and Robot Chicken fame. Well, the sting was definitely one of Marvel's most suprising! What did you guys think of it?

Howard the duck should've broken the fourth wall and face-palmed himself on our behalf. An after credits scene with Thanos hearing about the fourth infinity stone would've been a better scene. Hell, almost anything would've been better.

SPOILER:

Fillion voiced the big blue alien prisoner who wanted himself a piece of Star-Lord before Groot made a nasal introduction and reduced him to a crying mess.

@MrBlackjack
I tried to be as vague as possible with the article headline and teaser so that I wouldn't run it for others... but yeah, it's extremely hard to avoid on CBM.

It is in that scene yes. But not at that point. You also see Howard The Duck prior to the stinger if you pay attention.
