GOTG Star Dave Bautista Returns To WWE; Seemingly Sets Up A Match With Triple H At WRESTLEMANIA

There were rumors that Guardians of the Galaxy actor Dave Bautista might be due to return to WWE to set up a big WrestleMania match with Triple H, and that's exactly what happened last night on Raw...

Dave Bautista is now a staple of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as GOTG's Drax the Destroyer and has carved out quite a career for himself in Hollywood, but, like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson before him, the now highly in-demand actor started out as a pro-wrestler with WWE.

Bautista recently made an appearance on SmackDown LIVE's 1000th episode as part of the faction known as Evolution alongside Randy Orton, Triple H and Ric Flair, and during last night's show he made a surprise return to crash Flair's 70th birthday party.

"The Animal" lived up to his moniker, attacking The Nature Boy and dragging him out of his dressing room in a bid to get Triple H's attention. Though we don't have official word yet, this most likely sets up a match between the former stablemates at WrestleMania.

Tell us, did you watch Raw last night? If so, were you shocked by Batista's return? Drop us a comment down below and head on over to The Ring Report to see footage of what happened.

The little glimpses I got over the years of his wrestling career/persona confused me, as I only knew him as a nice, gentle, well-spoken dude.

It's cool if he wants to go back for a while, but I really want to see him in more movies.
