Last night, five members of the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! and debuted the first clips from the upcoming James Gunn-directed film. Come take a look!

Last night, while you bickering over the overwhelmingly positive first reactions to Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, five members of the principal cast paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live! where they debuted the first clip from the hotly awaited James Gunn-directed feature.

The scene in question is a sequence we've been teased with since the earliest concept art was released, where the original Guardians face-off with a giant monster known as an Abilisk. The context of the scene is still unknown, but this clip does shed some light on a very specific battle strategy Drax the Destroyer puts into action in order to stop the tentacled beast.

Marvel has also released three additional clips featuring Star-Lord sharing a sweet dance with Gamora, the team evading enemy fire, and Rocket warning Baby Groot about the "Death Button."
