Daniel Radcliffe In Final Talks To Play 'Igor' In FRANKENSTEIN
It was previously reported that Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe was "interested" in playing the hunchback in 20th Century Fox's remake of Frankenstein and it now seems as if that has paid off! The actor is said to now be in final talks for 'Igor' in the Max Landis penned film.
Daniel Radcliffe continues to distance himself from the Harry Potter franchise by taking on different roles, and it seems fair to say that you can't get much different than this! The British actor is reportedly in final negotiations to star as 'Igor' in the Paul McGuigan helmed Frankenstein which was written by Chronicle's Max Landis. The film is expected to shoot this fall, and while it's based on the classic Mary Shelley's 19th century novel, past reports have indicated that it will be a somewhat different take to what has come before. One description had Radcliffe's 'Igor' down as "pathologically dirty and dressed in old clowns clothing", while the plot promises to, "put a sci-fi take on this classic story about a creature produced through a scientific experiment."
