Me and the fiancée just finished season 1 on netflix yesterday and start season 2 tomorrow. I have to say it is a cool tv show. I have been searching for a tv show (I liked) for awhile now. Nothing can ever top The Shield(Greatest TV Show ever) but I am loving True Blood. Plus Jason reminds me of my F'ed up cousin.

@ Teabag....yeah a comic book based on this stupid hack twilight wanna be series...not really the same is it...and smallville was a series about Clark's journey to being superman...superman for crying out loud...the first superhero that fathered all who came after him...so at least it has ties to the world of comics...

In all fairness there are probably alot of articles that get posted to this website that are nothing to do with comic book and comic book movies...they should really rename this site to something like 'anythingabouteverythingtodowithfantasy.com' lol

true blood is for adults

twilight is for teenage girls

superman is for adults & children

smallville was for hardcore superman fans & teenage girls.

Arthur looks so dooshy baggy in Camelot.

And Spartucus uses so much blood its almost comical. Someone pricks their finger on a needle and 20 gallons of blood splashes all over

If not for the crappy take on the mythos, this would be an epic show. I watched when I heard there were Werewolves...then I saw the little wolves. I would have even been happy with the Dire Wolves from Twilight, but that was horrible. When I heard Sookie was a fairy I never watched it again.

This is the most over-rated show/series I've seen. Boring and slow, and full of every southern/Louisiana stereotype. It's painful to watch.
