“In view of the high anticipation of the Mark XLII character, Hot Toys is thrilled to present the 1/6th scale Power Pose Mark XLII Collectible Figurine from the new Power Pose Series from the Iron Man 3 movie as the debut of the Series, highlighting the powerful poses performed, LED light-up functions and figure stand with Mark XLII and the Stark Industries nameplate.”

Of course, Hot Toys isn't the only high-end figurine manufacturer developing licensed collectibles for Iron Man 3. Singapore-based Play Imaginative recently teased their Mark XLII statue along with additional suits of armor in the background. Plus, even more promotional art for the film popped up.

Marvel Studios’ “Iron Man 3” pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man? Starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale with Jon Favreau and Ben Kingsley, “Iron Man 3” is directed by Shane Black from a screenplay by Drew Pearce & Shane Black and is based on Marvel’s iconic Super Hero Iron Man, who first appeared on the pages of “Tales of Suspense” (#39) in 1963 and had his solo comic book debut with “The Invincible Iron Man” (#1) in May of 1968. “Iron Man 3” is presented by Marvel Studios in association with Paramount Pictures & DMG Entertainment. Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige is producing & Jon Favreau, Louis D’Esposito, Stephen Broussard, Victoria Alonso, Alan Fine, Charles Newirth, Stan Lee & Dan Mintz are executive producers. The film hits May 3, 2013, and is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. Marvel Studios will also release “Thor: The Dark World ” on November 8, 2013; “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” on April 4, 2014; “Guardians of the Galaxy” on August 1, 2014; the sequel to “Marvel's The Avengers” on May 1, 2015; and “Ant-Man” on November 6, 2015!

I agree about the poor placement of the stick.

But let's face it, this is not the worst thing we've caught him doing.

So 100% gold in the color scheme is in the words of Tony Stark "ostentatious" but at 95% gold, its just right.

follow latino review on twitter its on there. its pretty big if true. doubt the phase part is true to an extent. i think hulk does come to earth but isnt the main villian. the roster of the avengers will be too stacked to have the hulk as the only villian. i actually think hulk comes back out of no where to help the avengers when in great need.

sorry(not)

But if you remember, he has some new friends. Those could be the other antagonists.

The Hulk can't be the villain, because he'd easily defeat all of the Avengers. Maybe this guy forgot what happened in World War Hulk.

The new Iron Man armor is decent althought the one in Avengers is still the best.

The Iron Captain America armor is little too much.
Hopefully its destroyed or something Rhodey goes back on War Machine. That suit is hundred times more badass.

It looks ok..Not an improvement over his badass armor at the end of Avengers movie, that's the very best one so far.

I don't care for the "brass" coloring over the "gold" coloring & the red color is just haphazardly placed wherever, too random & not enough of it.

I am glad they keep using the round look around arc reactor,it's waaay better than triangle which is like Superman's shield shape.

OK, this armor is awesome. Even with the impalation thing.

I have a feeling.....in the end...we will see a suit not yet seen....

Might be the reason the turned WM int Super Patriot.
We know that this suit gets destroyed in the movie..we have yet to see revenge offence / portion of the movies...its all been deffence.
