I liked how they gave all the actors in the film a cameo and credit at the end of the film.

It was a very average movie that dragged it's feet and was real slow in tons of spots with plot holes in the storyline everywhere which was very cluttered as well...

The whole Ben Kinglsey Mandarin was nothin more than a farce and they really screwed that charactewr up now for life...

It truly was as bad as Iron Man 2...

Man Of Steel is going to blow this out of the park...

I am wondering y all this material is coming out this soon, it is usually kept and then leaked to promote the DVD and Bluray, so they know that they screwd things up.

On a few of those unused clip the music sucks!

DO NOT take classic Iron Man song from Black Sabbath & make it a rap / synth / electronic / dance jam...Pathetic!

I like the drawn style with a non rap-oriented/remix Black Sabbath Iron Man song.

Hmm, I love 'em all. I've always been a sucker for stuffs like these, so they all please me, really. The assembly concept in the second video was awesome, though, while the usage of Black Sabbath's song in the fourth video would totally give me chills, had it been used on the big screen. But I'm pretty satisfied with the one used in the final product, and the unusual usage of "Iron Man Three" (instead of "Iron Man 3," or "Iron Man III") has completely won over my heart.

I saw it yesterday with the wife, it was pretty good but should have been called Tony Stark 1 instead of IM3. Christ, it's an IRON MAN movie can we see him in the suit for more than about a minute and a half total time? Anyways opening credits completly fine, closing credits were COMPLETE SHIT!! Was that music from Austin Powers? Corny as hell. I actually turned to my wife and said,"Is this supposed to look like the opening to an 80's TV series?" It was like I was watching the A-team, or knight rider credits, and with music so bad it was jarring. The music did not fit the movie whatsoever. Just a stupid/annoying way to end an otherwise entertaining movie.

Ironman 3 was AWESOME!!!! I couldn't wait to get home & jump Comicbookmovies.com to see everybody crying about The Mandarin, I loved it Sir Ben was scary as hell when we thought he was a real terrorist & f'n hilarious when they flipped him his acting chops are sick. Everybody is so busy whining that they are forgetting how great Guy was as Killian, the only cheesy part to me was Pepper at the end but I understand cause that was probably her last time playing that role. It was a great funny summer blockbuster, Supes will be the serious "I wanna win an Oscar award" summer blockbuster, & The Wolverine is gonna try to be both which I think it will do very nicely. And we all already knew that Man of Steel was gonna own this summer!!!
RaMan
RaMan - 5/5/2013, 11:37 AM
Ok Let me say this.

I get the bait & switch part of the Mandarin and that Killian was the real villain and sure it was clever, but I hate how they separate this villain with what we are all used to in the comics which is a villain from an oreintal background that possessed powers from his rings.

I'm sure Marvel would have made some ways to get the rings to work with the REAL Mandarin (Killian), even if he did not have to wear them but maybe use the jewels in the rings as part of his Extremis experiment and heck...maybe find them after the New York battle from one of the deceased Chitauri aliens' weapons!

It was cheap and too comical for my taste. I like comedy in a movie but it was just too much of it and the little boy? Please don't get me started.

Honestly my favorite part of the movie was the after credit scene with Banner, I thought that was priceless but it should have been added at the end of the movie with a hint of Guardians of the Galaxy in the after credit scene.

Overall the movie SUCKED! Loved Iron Man but hate the movie and Shane Black. Wished Favreau directed this movie. He was awesome!!!

@fettastic - well, in my opinion it could be better than IM1, but I haven't decided yet.

I don't get your "too violent for children" phrase. Is it a bad thing? I loved to see those fellas taking bullets in the chest, it seemed like a 90's action film (very lethal weapon-like) but not taking itself too seriously so you don't care about the violence.

That's the difference, for example, between this movie and TDK. There you didn't have really violent scenes but allusions and a heavy mood goinig on. So you get tense. Here there are people taking it in the chest and that's OK. Not telling one is better than other, just stating there are 2 good forms of approach to violence.
