Marvel Already Looking For Extras For Iron Man 3 Shoot In Wilmington North Carolina; Filming Could Start In May?
Though filming is still a not expected for a few more months, a rumor surfaces that may reveal that Marvel is already stepping up its search for extras for Iron Man 3 in Wilmington North Carolina....
Here is what Premiere Casting said on their facebook page about finding out Iron Man 3's extra search in Wilmington NC (transcript via On Location Vacations):
One of their recent Facebook posts reads, “Received an email this morning. Iron Man 3 will use about 1,000 extras during the film and there will be over 550 crew jobs and will be shooting from May 2012 until January 2013 with a Memorial Day weekend release in 2013.”
Iron Man 3 will be directed by Shane Black, and star Robert Downey Jr; hitting theaters May 6th 2013.
