Looks like Scarlett Johansson is set to return as Black Widow in Iron Man 3, according to Feature Film Casting anyway.

The site is reporting on a new casting call for the Shane Black directed threequel. Along with the call for extras and a few (previously known) details on the movie, they reckon Johansson's return as Black Widow is a done deal. They also report that Don Cheadle will be back as Rhodey, and Gwyneth Paltrow will once again appear as Pepper Potts.

The casting call is definitely legit, but the site has been known to get ahead of themselves with other details in the past which is why - even though this is being reported as official confirmation by other sites - we'll keep a question mark over it. Although it's not exactly a stretch that those particular cast members would be returning anyway. We will of course see Miss Johansson as Black Widow before this, when Marvel's The Avengers hits theaters May 4th.

Here is what we know so far about Iron Man 3..

“The storyline is being described by writer-director Shane Black as being a Tom Clancy-thriller, with Iron Man fighting real world villains. Black stated, “the studio wasn’t happy with the result of Iron Man 2, as a result that pretty much came about due to a rushed production schedule in an attempt to hit a release date rather than simply make a good film, but I digress. Iron Man 3 will not be another, ‘two men in iron suits fighting each other’.”
