grif: You should also watch that first teaser. Doesn't show much, really, but it's perfect. Music, tone, everything.

grif: The arena battle is big, but I don't think they showed the whole thing. It's basically the same part in every spot, with maybe one different angle.

Too much being shown in the last few trailers along with new lines not in the books. I like what I see and I understand why the studio is doing it but they need to back off and let the movie come out. The true followers of the books will love it but may have to deal with some changes that may be setting up for 2 more movies. As far as the non-readers of the books well they feel the movie copies everything done before from Avatar to Star Wars to the X-Men. The 1st book was written at around the turn of the 19th century and everyone after it took many ideas from it. I feel the movie will be great and the next 2 movies would be killer.

Is there new footage out everyday for this movie? We may see the whole thing in snippets before we see it in theaters.

Reading this book right now. It's a page turner and has me eager to see the movie. I hope it does justice. Everything I have seen so far does.

Reading it also makes me feel like George Lucas and James Cameron are no-talent-butt-clowns that stole their ideas from Edgar Rice Burroughs.
