Mister Miracle looks cool, but I'm sick of all theses huge events that never turn out to be good. Just give us a little break and not a huge story bigger than the last every year.

@webdude1

Its a JL only story, an event level story but its only being dealt with in this book. Which is kind of what a JL book should be tbh.

Agreed 100%!

DC are being much looser about their continuity. But if we were to try and place this story somewhere, it would obviously be before Batman: Endgame, and before Superman loses his powers, etc.

I love Jason Fabok's work. I hope he stays on this book for awhile. He draws everyone equally great. He's one of the reasons i walked back in a comicbook store. DC if you read this, give him a raise and don't lose him to the competition.

Mr. Miracle looks like ironman and the vision had a kid together.

DC should make Fabok sign an exclusive contract. They already missed the boat in not doing that with Charles Soule.

WOW!!! I really like his new look, though still not sure how a cape would help an escape artist but hey, comics.

Okay, I'll admit it: I never much cared for Mr. Miracle before-- like, at ALL-- but this extended preview basically just sold me on him as a character in three pages. That is a HELL of a backstory.

I've never been into Darkseid or the New Gods that much, either. Maybe this story could change that, too...?
