In an alternate universe, the Justice League is a brutal force that maintains order on Earth. Superman is the son of General Zod, who was rocketed to Earth as a child and raised by a family of Mexican immigrants. Batman is Kirk Langstrom, a scientist who has inadvertently transformed himself into a vampire in an attempt to cure his cancer. Wonder Woman is Bekka, who was the bride of the New God Orion. However, the Justice League's unaccountability is challenged by the world's governments following the suspicious deaths of renowned scientists.

I hope each episode is around 20 minutes. It would be a great substitute to make up for DC's animated shows stepping down from being on Cartoon Network (cause as we all know, CN [frick]ed them over royally). It already has a 10 episode second season for next year so I sincerely hope this'll be the future for DC's animated series, less restrictions and more creative freedom than network television.

I don't like any of the looks for the trinity characters. Oh well Timm is still cool.

Gotta give credit where its due. I might like the Marvel characters and classis 616 storylines more and MCU kicks arse in the theaters but DC owns it for animation. From the Batman series in the early 90s to this. They're not afraid to take risks or go in different directions. Hell, even the JL unlimited was sort of a fanfiction orgasm for those of us who like some of the more traditional characters.
