Kick-Ass 2 is currently in production under the direction of Jeff Wadlow (Never Back Down), who also wrote the script. The movie is adapted from the comic book series created by Mark Millar. Aaron Johnson returns as Dave Lizewski / Kick-Ass, with Chloë Grace Moretz as Mindy Macready / Hit-Girl. John Leguizamo, Donald Faison, Morris Chestnut and Jim Carrey also star in supporting roles.

@monkeyballs3 : well, she is 15. Finding her attractive doesn't make one a pedo. And ignore the rest and focus on the Mother Russia pics. Seeing McLovin above makes me want to facepalm. Seeing the actress they got for Mother Russia makes me look forward to the brutal action scenes.

@Mrcool210: It was way different in the Kick-Ass 2 comic. It looked more evil. I hope they change it from the one at the end of the first movie. That one looked like a holloween costume

this will bomb, it's a fact. the first film wasn't a big enough success to warrant a sequel.

1. the audience is already limited to those who know and care about kick-ass (not a very wide bracket at all might i add)
2. of those, many who liked the first film/comic, absolutely hated the kick-ass 2 comic
3. of the remaining, many with torrent this because they're cheap bastards
