With Kingsman: The Golden Circle opening in just under a week, 20th Century Fox has debuted the first clip from the eagerly-awaited Matthew Vaughn-directed movie featuring a brief look at Agent Tequila (Channing Tatum) of the American-based Statesman, meeting two intruders: Eggsy (Taron Egerton) and Merlin (Mark Strong).

The British agnets have arrived in the good ol' U.S. of A. after Kingsman headquarters were blown to Kingdom Come. It's not entirely clear what the duo are trying to break into, but it doesn't seem to go over well with the shotgun-wielding Tequila.

Check out the first clip below:

“Kingsman: The Secret Service" introduced the world to Kingsman - an independent, international intelligence agency operating at the highest level of discretion, whose ultimate goal is to keep the world safe. In "Kingsman: The Golden Circle," our heroes face a new challenge. When their headquarters are destroyed and the world is held hostage, their journey leads them to the discovery of an allied spy organization in the US called Statesman, dating back to the day they were both founded. In a new adventure that tests their agents' strength and wits to the limit, these two elite secret organizations band together to defeat a ruthless common enemy, in order to save the world, something that's becoming a bit of a habit for Eggsy...

Kingsman: The Golden Circle features
Director: Matthew Vaughn
Taron Egerton as Gary "
Eggsy" Unwin/Galahad

Didn't know I could keep liking Channing Tatum any more but then they throw him in a Kingsman/Matthew Vaughn movie.

Though gotta say, the accent is gonna be hard to get used to here.

@BillGrave - The first I saw him was A Guide To Recognizing Your Saints, which is a good movie. After that, G.I.Joe, which is not a good movie, but I can watch it; especially the Paris scene cause it's bonkers. He was always a presence though that I just didn't really want to see him. But it probably was Magic Mike that it became more evident that he had talent, in both the acting and the dancing skills. And after 21 Jump Street I'm a huge fan.

@BillGrave - I think when he's put in roles where he's the typical Alpha male it's a turn off.

When he's not,he comes as friendlier?

How people hate on the first movie is beyond my comprehension. Movies are all about entertainment, enjoyment and escapism from the horror and tragedy of the world which Matthew Vauhgn as done with all his movies rather than focusing on pretentious artsy allegory piece of crap for critics to gush over *cough* *cough* mother! . Mr. Vaughn, your are my favourite director and I'm so looking forward to Kingsman The Golden Circle

@Sulti1274 - saw mother.

Babies getting eaten, orgies, and there creator being a bit of a dick.

Good metaphor for planet earth.

Still sucked though.
