Daniel Bruhl, Rhys Ifans, Charles Dance, And More Eyed For Matthew Vaughn's KINGSMAN Prequel
Some huge casting news for the Kingsman franchise today as it's been revealed that some big names - all of whom have superhero movie experience - are set to star in the upcoming World War I set prequel.
As Matthew Vaughn looks to continue expanding the world of Kingsman, the filmmaker is eyeing some incredible talent for the upcoming prequel which will reportedly take place during World War I.
Apparently, The Amazing Spider-Man star Rhys Ifans is currently in talks to join the cast of the movie, while Captain America: Civil War's Daniel Brühl and Game of Thrones' Charles Dance also look set to land key roles in the star-studded project which starts shooting in January.
While Taron Egerton and Colin Firth will be nowhere to be seen, we already know that Harris Dickinson (Trust) and Ralph Fiennes are set to take on starring roles.
It's said that Ifans is being eyed to play a "dangerous and manipulative Russian mystic," while Bruhl and Dance's roles are being kept under wraps. Collider also notes that Watchmen's Matthew Goode is being considered for a role as well.
