After a pretty solid box office run that saw the film rack up over $390 million worldwide ($98.9M domestic, $291.3M foreign), 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment announced today that Matthew Vaughn's Kingsman: The Golden Circle will arrive on Digital HD on December 5 and then on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on December 12, so just in time to make the perfect Christmas gift.

Whlie an extended cut was rumored around the time of the film's theatrical release, it's been pretty quiet on that front ever since, so it's probably safe to assume that we unfortunately won't get a chance to bear witness to Vaughn's lengthier version anytime soon, if ever.

I ADORE the first movie. Still haven't seen this one, the negative word of mouth really bummed me out.

@EpitomeofAwesome - It's not bad at all. It doesn't quite live up to the first one and falls into a few common sequel pitfalls, but it's still quite enjoyable.

Love the first film but I passed on this one. It gave me Kick-Ass 2 vibes and that movie was a let down. I'll catch this on Google Play to rent.

I don’t usually double dip on blu-rays, by I’m seriously considering grabbing both the Target and Best Buy exclusives.
