Just in case we didn't hear about enough upcoming content for Disney+ during last Thursday's Investors Day, Marvel has announced yet another new series for the streaming service.
Marvel Studios: Legends will focus on individual Marvel Cinematic Universe characters, presumably starting with their big-screen debuts and charting their journeys right up to the events of Avengers: Endgame and beyond.
The first episodes will focus on Vision (Paul Bettany) and the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) ahead of the WandaVision premiere next month. You can check out an official logo and synopsis below.
As the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to expand, Marvel Studios: Legends celebrates and codifies what has come before. Revisit the epic heroes, villains and moments from across the MCU in preparation for the highly anticipated stories still to come. Each dynamic segment feeds directly into the upcoming series premiering on Disney+ — setting the stage for future events. Marvel Studios: Legends weaves together the many threads that constitute the unparalleled Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Some may be a little disappointed that this will be a recap show, but to be fair, with all the new projects lined up for the big and small screens in 2021, a refresher will probably come in handy!
