The talent behind the Men In Black soft-reboot/spinoff is shaping up quite nicely.  Fresh off their reconstruction of the Thor franchise in Thor: Ragnarok, Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson are set to team up again in director F. Gary Gray's Men In Black reboot.

Liam Neeson is attached to play the head of the M.I.B.'s UK division and a new report from The Hashtag Show taps Kumail Nanjiani as in final talks to portray a wisecracking alien and third-partner of Hemsworth and Thompson in the film.

The film is reportedly set to take place in the United Kingdom, to allow room for Will Smith to return to the franchise if he chooses.

Also, saw Upgrade. Just... go. See it. Give this movie as much money as you can. I know you wanna get Infinity War over the $2 billion mark, but just make sure you save some for this. See it now. Like, stop reading this comment and just go right now.

@MUTO123 - i was really anticipating upgrade and i’m glad to see the positive reception it’s been getting. reminds me of a schlocky straight-to-video 80’s flick (in the best possible way) and i’m ALL for it.

@MUTO123 - Saw it last night and I loved it!
Logan Marshal Greens' performance was really great.
You actually care for him throughout the whole movie.

After watching him in this I'm hoping his career continues to move forward with meatier roles in bigger movies.

@TheRealTomServo - Watch it man, you won't be disappointed.
It looks like that type of movie from the trailers, but it's a little MORE than that quite honestly.
Not your run of the mill "sci fi revenge thriller" which I even more appreciated (:

@JohnMarston220 - I can see this being the big breakout role for him (if The Invitation had gotten a wider release, that probably would've been the one).

Hopefully word of mouth spreads and more people end up going to see it as a result (there was a pretty solid crowd in my theater).

@MUTO123 - So true, he was really good in "The Invitation" as well. I keep trying to make my brother watch it, but he never wants to. I know he'd love it as much as I did lol

Mine not so much, almost half the theater was full. But people seemed to love it, everyone was laughing at the appropriate times and a few of them even cheered (especially at the scene with Gray granting permission for Stim to take over lol)

@MUTO123 @reil It's such a shame poor guy just can't rest at the moment. He has it coming from everywhere.

I like the cast so far but I really never found him all that funny. He’s blown up and th’s great but I guess I just don’t get him.

Hopefully they stick closer to the comics than the last movies did. They got too focused on aliens and forgot all the cryptozoology.

I use to work the doors at the comedy store & sometimes at nerdmelt which kumail owned & one thing I remember clearly is that kumail would always be a top 3 comedian each night, hes just naturally funny, very effortless.

I'm not concerned about the cast... It's the writers that I'm curious about.
