That time in the year is getting close, in only two weeks Christmas will be here, and what comes with Christmas? Gifts! Here I have a list of some stuff I would love to have as a gift this Christmas.
Doctor Who - Complete Series 6 - £36.97
This is probably the item I most desire to have, the season six of
Doctor Who in DVD. The price is very good, and I have been exploring to find out that both the product and the exportation comes in a good price here for Brazil. The DVD comes with five discs and the special features included are:
5 X ‘Night And The Doctor’ Additional Scenes
2 X ‘Comic Relief’ Sketches
Commentaries
4 X ‘The Monster Files’
4 X Prequels
Trailers
14 X ‘Doctor Who Confidential’ Cut-Downs
‘Doctor Who Confidential: A Nights’ Tale.’
Captain America: The First Avenger - DVD - $19.99(Price could change here on Brazil.)
While I don't have a Blu-Ray player, I would be more than happier with a Two Disc Simple Version(If there is one). The DVD here on Brazil would be a little bit more expensive, but still worth to get. Some of the Special Features released for the DVD are:
Special Features:
Audio Commentary with director Joe Johnston, cinematographer Shelly Johnson and editor Jeffrey Ford.
Outfitting a Hero
The Assembly Begins
Howling Commandos
Heightened Technology
The Transformation
Behind the Skull
Captain America's Origins
Deleted Scenes
Marvel One-Shot: A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer
The Avengers animated series trailer.
PlayStation 3 + Uncharted 3 and Batman: Arkham City - Price could change(Specially here on Brazil).
Some of the most expensive geek items here on Brazil are the new generation video games, specially the PS3, so it would be great if I could get it as a gift as I can not afford one, with
Uncharted 3 and
Batman: Arkham City included.
The X-Files - The Complete Seasons 1-9 + Box Set - $294.99(Price could change here on Brazil.)
As a big time fan of the show, this is something I've been really looking forward to have, it comes with a box set with all the nine seasons on DVD. Special Features included:
All nine seasons on 59 discs
Commentary by cast and crew on selected episodes
Interviews with Chris Carter
Documentaries
Deleted scenes with optional commentary
Special effects featurettes
Promotional TV spots and international language clips
DVD-ROM games.
A Song Of Ice And Fire Collection - Not gonna get in details with price.
I've been wanting to read the books itself for a while, even thought I know what happens on the story of the first book because of the TV Show, I would like to starting reading the series of course by the first book,
A Game Of Thrones. I don't have a price up there because the price could change by buying all the books. Books Included:
A Game of Thrones, A Clash of Kings, A Storm of Swords, A Feast for Crows, A Dance with Dragons.
The Flash 70 Years Collection(A Brazilian Release) - R$22,90(Brazilian money)
This collection is something I've been wanting to get my hands on for a very long time, it has the biggest stories of The Flash, and as I want to get started into the character mythos, this would be an excellent way to start. It is a Brazilian release by Panini(which releases DC And Marvel comics here).
The fastest man alive!
Jay Garrick, Barry Allen and Wally West - men who used the yellow lightning bolt to combat the evil as The Flash. Each one with your own style to domain the speed force. Fighting alone and together in this eight fast adventures, the scarlet speedsters fight against some of the most dangerous villains of your carrers and prove to be always one step ahead of your enemies.
And Last, but not least Important:
Olivia Wilde
Hehe just kidding, but is still a dream, a man can always dream huh?
If anyone interested on getting me one of this, heh. So merry Christmas to everyone, and hope you get your gifts too.
