I think its either Batman #540 or #541, but I'm not entirely sure.

AceVinnyLee is right. Don't let those short ears fool you, that's Kelly Jonnes' art. I have these, so I could check if it was 540 or 541 for you, but it's a two-parter so just read them both. I actually sent a letter to Doug Moench about these two issues and he printed it. Moench, Jones and Beatty (known at the time as Da Boyz) had a great run on Batman. The definitive run of the '90s, if you ask me. Check 'em all out. You won't be dissapointed.

Sorry I took so long (like I say, big collection), but I found Batman #s 540 and 541 and it's bad news. I checked every page of both issues and could not find the panels above. It's definately not from those two comics. Sorry, dude. Good luck with the quest.
