EDITORIAL: Who Jaimie Alexander Really Might Be in BATMAN vs. SUPERMAN?

Jaimie Alexander has been in current talks with WB regarding a role within a certain DC film as many fans speculate on, but is this the real truth to the matter of what is being told?

Hello everyone, I have been pacing back and forth thinking about this for a while even mentioning it but people thought I was crazy. What the subject is on about? Well first off as the title suggested the rumors of her possibly playing Wonder Woman in Batman vs Superman. Yes those rumors have spread among fans and many people believe this to be true. In my opinion, there is more to this than meets the eye alone. The film has yet to cast a major villain. They already announce Ben Affleck would be playing Batman so to cast a villain seems logical next since we already have the two big stars lined up. So lets speculate further, even if Wonder Woman had a role it would just be a cameo appearance which is what I believe Jaimie Alexander wouldn't go towards. Plus she is also currently playing Sif on the Marvel side so wouldn't it be confusing to have an actress playing two heroes in different films that are still ongoing at the same time but in an awkward rivalry form? If not the hero, then the villain? This is where it's gets interesting people.

She did approach Warner Bros in regards to roles within the new DC cinematic universe but none of them led directly towards Batman vs Superman except particularly being dodgy about it afterwards meaning there is something to be uncovered. No direct mentions where made towards a certain superhero role also. With one explanation that does come to mind. As displayed in the film Man of Steel many elements of the DC universe we know in the comics have been greatly changed and this is a pattern that will continue down the line. We have yet to although see the further changes they will implement within Batman, but I believe Jaimie Alexander is the beginning. She does state she is a fan of Wonder Woman making you to believe she is contentions to play the character but we have to think back to the days when Nolan made his Batman Trilogy and how secretive every element was closely kept. Not everything at first hand being told was true from his own perspective most of which were told in small riddles. This whole Wonder Woman ploy you have heard is the riddle and distraction. Nothing but an illusion. I have comes up with the perfect sensible conclusion to where this would untimely lead forth towards. WB knows Wonder Woman has no chance making it on the big screen despite what they said time on time of them wanting it, all their talk was just to get the fans excited. What they want is change. As I have said before it begins here with Jaimie Alexander. So you guys are probably just waiting for me to shout out something so ridiculous it would make you jump to the moon, well stay in your seat for the next part.

The concept of a female joker isn't entirely new in fact at some point in an alternate reality story in DC Flashpoint (Yes I actually did research this time) Martha Wayne was presented as The Joker. Other facts being known this wouldn't be completely oblivious and unknown to WB. Do you remember reading how confused WB was over the Green Lantern Alan Scott debacle involving his new introduction in the DC 52 Universe? This is how some hints and lines derived from, it all starts from the pages of a comic book. It is commonly known how much changes there could possibly be made, but to what extent to speak of. So why Jaimie Alexander as The Joker? Well number one they would want to have a new reinvention of a classic villain as they did with Michael Shannon as General Zod. Number two also considering previously films by Jaime Alexander this would be a matter of terms no one would expect. A character like the Joker is in reality a psychopath. Tendencies or better known as characteristics of what a psychopath can be could be transferred in anyone. WB would want a villain that has different patterns than the previous interpretation as seen in Nolan's trilogy. The Joker is a major part in Batman's own mythos so there is no doubt of not taking part in the next upcoming film. Why Jaime Alexander may have only referred to a "hero" role than a villainous role, it's all part of the secretive amendment or a code as you may say. For now you could consider Jaimie Alexander as The Joker in high speculation but in belief as I have said this concept isn't entirely new.

So lets just go for another possible what if scenario and say it wasn't The Joker at all. A female Lex Luthor wouldn't entirely be out of question also. Lex is a name that could refer to any gender. Lex Luthor could be anyone on this planet. In a previous editorial I have discussed the character of Lex Luthor as being a total psychopath which I still stand by my point. This is another role many people wouldn't expect at all. Instead of continuing with this lets discuss another concept that has been introduced in a certain Batman graphic novel which is one of my favorites. In The Dark Knight Returns there was a new Robin known as Carrie Kelley. Considering Snyder hinted at this version of Batman being very weary he must have fought many battles in time and also have gone through a few sidekicks too many. Which comes to this possible jump of another possibility to headline within and wouldn't be as controversial or risky as the previous two I have mentioned.

Well what is your opinion on this? Thank you for reading and remember "The more you think you see the easier it'll be to fool you".

Why do I spend a lot of time on these articles, I do this because I have a passion in writing and the form of arts such as this. I do this to better improve my own form of communication towards the world. I am not trolling neither do I deny the fact I have. Why would I need help if I am serious towards the matter of what I write? What is wrong with voicing out thoughts and opinions in a different light that not many people look forth onto. This is really what I am dedicated to in terms of the cause of why.

If she is not playing Wonder Woman, then I am guessing it will be Mercy Graves.
