Brilliant. Love Epting's art (the guy draws a surprising great looking Spider-Man) and I think it's fantastic that Johnny would recommend Peter becoming a part of the team. Looking forward to him inevitabley returning from the dead though. He's one of my favourite Marvel characters! Great stuff ED! :)

Oh yes, this is looking good, damn I love Epting's art, especially what JOSH said; he drew an awesome Spidey!

Btw...so Johnny knew he's going to die eh?

@Growler

Yes, you are correct. Its NOT the Fantastic Four.

This is definitely a must wait. Love the addition of Spidey and especially the new suits, but the art is very "meh" to me and well, as Ror said it, FF has never been up my alley either. Hopefully Spidey turns things around, but if all he gets is a filler wing man job, he might not ever have that opportunity.

wow, Epting's art look similar to Bryan Hitch and it's cool!!!

Interior art looks great, the cover not so much, looks like a kid drew it.

Epting's spidey looks just like I remember as a kid. Love it.

I hate Epting's art. Every character looks about 50, he never portrays any emotions, the eyes are always toowobbly/soft and he uses too much shading.

I think this was borrowed from "Star Trek: The next generation", in which the crewmembers have pre-recorded holographic messages to play in their funerals in case they die on the field.

they are not called fantastic four anymore. FF stands for Future Foundation. after all they will be more than four.

I will so not be buying this title any longer. Thanks Marvel, for saving me another 4 bucks per month.

FF must stand for Fricking Fail.

IF YOU REALLY WANT JOHNNY BACK, HE'LL COME BACK, AND THE SALES ON FF WILL RISE. AND THATS THE HOOK THEY THREW OUT THERE..MARVEL IS FISHING AND THROWING A DEAD WORM ON THE HOOK IS HOW THEY'LL GET US, IF YOU LIKE IT..IF YOU DON'T, IF YOU SWEAR NEVER TO BUY ANOTHER FF ISSUE BUT STILL TALK ABOUT IT, ALL THE MORE BETTER FOR THE FF, GENERATING A FUSS OR CONTROVERSY IS WHAT THEY INTENDED, AND ITS WORKING.

Ok the whOle hologram of johnny storm talking is a complete rip off of when batman warns dick Grayson not to become batman in battle for the cowl. So lame. Also contrast marvel on yet another horrible idea

...why would you want to make her invisible? I'm hoping she gets Ms. marvel

“The point of these new costumes is to really hammer home that everything is fresh and new in the series again — and that it feels like a black-and-white world, following Johnny’s death,” Marvel Tom Brevoort SVP of Publishing wrote in the image above. “Marko Djurdjevic took my suggestion of ‘white outfits’ and ran with it. The hexagonal emblems were all him.”
