The forces of fear have overrun New York…and Spider-Man is the only hero left standing!

“Everything I’ve seen so far from Fear Itself has given me chills,” said Editor Stephen Wacker. “Yost who really found the way into the story by pinpointing the sheer humanity of Spidey and the fact that Fear Itself would affect Peter Parker more deeply than just about any other hero.”

As the entire city stands on the brink of chaos, will he alone be able to defend its citizens from the legions of fear? And can even Marvel’s most mettlesome of heroes gaze into the face of Fear Itself without giving into mortal terror? Learn the true meaning of arachnophobia this May – only in Fear Itself: Spider-Man #1 (of 3)!

About time we got a Spidey/Parallax cross-over. But we shouldn't listen to "wackers". Wait a tic... i'm a whacker too! Does that mean i cancel myself out?

Personally, I hope that this event somehow ends with him recalling the events of One More Day.

@Gaston & CommonSense
re: OMD - That's a big misconception. The rule of thumb is every story that happened in the Spider-Man canon still counts (with some minor deatils changed) except Peter and Mary Jane were dating rather than married. The unmasking was never "undone;" wiping it from everyone's memory was the whole reason for the deal in the first place.

I agree that Quesada's art is excellent (marvel72), but OMD

is one of the- if not THE worst thing that came in my comic-

reading experience!!! I do hope they address it as well, but

I feel like it's not going to be. I'll take his termination

from EIC as a personal apology from Marvel to me...
