In the best supporting actor category..

And in the best actor in a supporting role category..

Christian Bale(Who has played, and will again play Batman in TDKR) for The Fighter

Jeremy Renner(Who will play Hawkeye in The Avengers) for The Town

Mark Ruffalo(Who will play Bruce Banner/Hulk in The Avengers) for The Kids Are All Right

Also Darren Aronofsky, who will bring us The Wolverine, was nominated for best director for Black Swan. Wow, I can't believe Christopher Nolan was snubbed for "Best Director". Surprised to see that Danny Boyle's not up there either. Still, they had some VERY stiff competition and I cant say there's anyone nominated that doesnt really deserve it. I would have liked to see The Town nominated for "Best Picture", but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for The King's Speech! (sorry Inception) Hard choice when it comes to Firth and Franco though.

Renner or Bale for best supporting! Both were amazing in the fighter and the town!

So pissed Nolan was snbbed for best director! Isn't it funny that they decide to go with 10 best picture nominees the year AFTER The Dark Knight gets snubbed AND still Nolan gets denied. Terrible.

Got to agree with Teabag

Inception is tremendously overrated, as is Nolan. Really hope is doesn't get anything.

Sorry Xenix, your right! Fixed. Iron Man 2 got a nom there. Well it wasn't going to get one anywhere else now was it?;)

Tea, that award could go to any science fiction movie that tries to be original and is good.

I liked the fighter but I don't think Russell should get a nom for making a pretty straightforward and predictable(not just because it's true) film.

I hope Mark Ruffalo wins... and that will shut some of these f!!kers who diss the guy. He's a very capable actor and he will knock the role of Banner out of the park! Congrats MARK! btw "YOU BITCHES ARE BASTARDS"!

Got to agree with Bryanferryfan. Mark Ruffalo is a good actor who I think can truly portray many aspects of Bruce Banner very well.

@Bryanferryfan While Mark Ruffalo is an excellent actor (as seen in his performance in The Kids Are All Right), he does have some pretty serious competition from the looks of it. However, I think that his nomination alone proves that he will be fantastic as Bruce Banner.

The Social Network being nominated is dissapointing, but was predictable. But Toy Story 3? Really? Is it really that good? Best Picture?
Psyched about Black Swan and Inception being in with a chance, though.
