First up have a look at this creepily effective motion poster for Silent House, a new horror movie co-directed by Chris Kentis and Laura Lau and starring Martha Macy May Marlene's Elizabeth Olsen. Via Bloody Disgusting



Silent House' is a uniquely unsettling horror thriller starring Elizabeth Olsen as Sarah, a young woman who finds herself sealed inside her family's secluded lake house. With no contact to the outside world, and no way out, panic turns to terror as events become increasingly ominous in and around the house.


The Hunger Games' Jennifer Lawrence graces the cover of this week's Entertainment Weekly as Katniss Everdeen..



And here she is looking a lot more glam, and a lot less photoshopped in a recent shoot for Glamour magazine..



Been a while since we had anything official to share with you from The Dark Knight Rises camp, and it'l be another while! But in the meantime here is a brief but very well put together fan-made teaser, which uses footage from all three of Christopher Nolan's Bat-flicks..



Finally we have this pretty damn awesome Wasp pic, which is a mixture of cosplay and great photoshop skills. Many fans were disappointed that Miss Van Dyne didn't feature in The Avengers, but should she be used in any sequels I think they could do worse than base her look on something like this. Via /Film

I REALLY hate how they're marketing Silent House as 'new' and 'unique', when it's a remake of the Spanish film (shot entirely in one-take - now THAT'S unique!!) La Casa Muda; better known by its English-name title, The Silent House... DAMN YOU HOLLYWOOD!!

Also, this further proves the point that THEY SHOULD MARKET THE AVENGERS IN THE UK - AS 'THE AVENGERS!' There are hundreds of films with the same titles and nobody really pays that much attention to it! I guess remakes/reboots/soulless cash-ins don't have to abide by the same rules for some reason...

Oh, and this American remake looks utter twatflaps. The original wasn't even that amazing! The best thing it had going for it was that it was shot in one-take, and this remake can't even bring that to the table!!
