The many graphic novels of Steve Niles have certainly raised some heads (and possibly severed some) and MGM has purchased rights to several. Included are titles such as The Lurkers, Dark Country and In The Blood and are to be played by The Punisher's Thomas Jane.
According to Niles, In The Blood's werewolf tale will not be the same premise as 30 Days of Night at all. Niles said "I am trying to center it around the relationships in this family" and added "That's the most powerful stuff in any story."
Star Thomas Jane will be producing alongside Mr. Niles.
