Spinning directly into next month’s Namor: The First Mutant Annual #1, the senses-shattering crossover event of the spring continues in Steve Rogers: Super-Soldier Annual #1! With their biggest threat still a mystery, can Steve and the X-Men make it out of the King Blastaar’s realm alive?

To be honest, I actually like Steve Rogers as Captain Steve Rogers a little more than when he was Captain America.

This artwork is very good- vastly better than most of the garbage that passes for comic art these days. Still think Rogers' new costume is silly looking (but still MUCH better than that godawful outfit he's wearing in the movie). Is that Jean Grey? Or is someone else wearing her costume now? Haven't had any money to keep up with books for a while now, so I'm behind on stories.

I've been away from the books for a long time too, save a special occasion here and there. So....is Namor a [frick]ing X-Man!?!??!

@SentinelofLiberty, Yep he joined up, since he is technically a mutant.

He joined during the Dark Reign/Utopia arc, but mostly the editors want to keep Namor relevant in the Marvel Universe.

Steve Rogers is definately better as Captain Steve Rogers...and Bucky is definately better as Captain America...I like that they've given Steve a photonic version of the shield!!
